One of our blinds on the windows was unfortunately not working, as in not possible to open, which wasn't too disrupting, I'm just a fan of natural light!

Room was cozy and suitable for its price. Very central (almost everything within walking distance of about 15 minutes) and close to Warhammer World with the tram. Delicious wood oven pizza ordered and delivered to our room late at night which was exceptional. Very sweet note on a card and little surprise left by the staff when notified that our weekend trip was for a special occasion!

We were warmly welcomed and were able to check in a little early. Room was very well equipped and a good selection of refreshments. Location was perfect and so was parking. Breakfast was great and a very good selection to choose from. All staff were very friendly.

No nice restaurant or bar before when we stayed there was a lovely bar area open until late which is where the restaurant was. There is now only a pub joined on which doesn’t go with the feel of the hotel.

Too hot in the room especially the bathroom. No mirror in the bedroom (there was one in the entranceway to the room but no chair there)

The staff on reception desk were distracted when we arrived and so didn’t seem that friendly or interested in us as customers. We asked about parking outside and the response wasn’t that helpful, meaning we had to look it up in the internet ourselves. The nearest car park was actually closed off and she wasn’t aware of that. We were at the hotel on Sunday night and it was a shame that the pub next door (run by the hotel) closed at 10 p.m. This meant there were no bar or lounge facilities for the hotel.

We stayed here to be close for a party at Peggy’s Skylight so the location was great in the old Lace Market part of Nottingham. The room was lovely with a great view of a historic building opposite. The breakfast in the pub next door was excellent too, with nice staff on duty.

The room was very small and the door had a bit of a gap at the bottom so you could hear everything in the hallway, and since it is an old building the floor squeaks which is very annoying.

The location is great, right in the city centre, so very convenient. The staff was nice and if you request early check in they can accommodate you which is great.

Windows were hard to open and the air con wasn’t great so room was very warm.

In my room there was a heater/air con machine that was quite large and fixed into the wall below my window this meant that the curtains wouldn’t close fully and being ground level my window faced a courtyard and lights from this that were on all night. This meant that room wasn’t full dark. The guest WiFi was very patchy in my room. My mobile data was better than the WiFi.

Great central location. The room was clean and well presented.

The mattress was very hard and the pillow cases were stained which I didn't find acceptable - surely the housekeeping staff noticed when they were making up the room?

Liked the location, as we were going to a concert at the motorpoint arena, the room we had (room 2) was fine for winter but wouldn't have been any good in summer as it was ground floor and I wouldn't have been comfortable opening any windows (even if they could be opened) for security reasons.

The soap & shower gel in the bathroom!

Great central location for city centre, just around the corner from motorpoint arena where we watched Rick Astley (amazing night)! Hotel situated on a nice quiet road. Visited Pizzamisu, a few feet from hotel, great meal 🍕😋 Helpful friendly hotel staff who kept our bags after checkout whilst we went to Fox Café for lovely breakfast yesterday! On the doorstep for shops, cafés, restaurants & bars 👍

The rooms were quite small and if we were staying for more than 1 Night it could have been a problem. The walk from the Station is only 5-7 mins but please note its all up hill.

The Location of the Hotel was very good and the staff friendly. The Breakfast was very good.

Can’t think of anything we really enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was excellent good choice on menu. Enjoyed my vegan choice! The buffet choice was displayed lovely and the choice of music was very enjoyable 😊
