The whole property felt clean and had a calm chilled vibe about it. Also all the staff were unreal. A real credit too who ever owns it.

Property wears spotless. Unbelievable nights sleep because the bed was that comfortable.

They were having some work done which meant that some of the facilities could not be use. But as they compensated for this with £45 credit to spend in the complex this was not really a negative

The room was lovely and very comfortable. Loved the bath and the shower. Breakfast was excellent all the staff very helpful. We also booked the spa which was very nice. Would definitely recommend the bubble room for couples.

Only that the pool was closed due to roof repairs. Couldn't be avoided to be fair. And discount was given on the room for each night so can't complain.

Ev charge point wasn't working, but the manager was quick to get to the root of the problem. Restaurant staff were welcoming and attentive. Food was excellent 👌🏽 It seemed to have improved significantly since our last visit I'm 2020.

The restaurant is very clean and looks very nice. However, the food was not great. If the food was good, I would have rated 10 out of 10.

Very hot in the rooms I think there may have been a staff room next to ours as both nights we were woken at around 3.30am by people coming back to the room and talking loudly and on the second night moving furniture yet they always seemed to be out the room by 7.30am. May have been guests however not much going on in area until 3.30am for guests to do. The room we stayed in had quite an unclean concrete stairwell leading to it but the room itself was nice. No natural light in room again a personal preference

The pillows were very uncomfortable hard, but this is one’s own preference. We still enjoyed our stay and our previous stay.

Restaurant was excellent both for breakfast and dinner. The staff were very attentive. The ambiance was great and the the hole dining experience was brilliant. The bedroom was very contemporary and recently refurbished. The spa was one of the best I have experienced in a hotel.
