My room was just above the bar where loud music was played until after 4am, however, there were disposable earplugs provided which helped immensely.

The hotel is in excellent location. You can step on the beach just after crossing the road. The single room was a good size, there was a kettle, a hairdryer, iron, ironing board and a fan. There was a nice selection of tea/coffee provided.

The only thing I would change was the fact the windows were open in the room when I got in so it was very cold inside.

Staff was excellent, show with Miss Jason was the cherry on top of the cake. Very safe, offered has superb tea in the room and very good noise insulation. The bar downstairs is also a plus.

Reception is tucked away and not always attended but apart from that we struggled to find anything we did not like.

The location, nice size room and always something going on in the evenings entertainment wise. The besement club is a big plus. A very vibrant popular hotel with friendly staff. We have stayed in a number of hotels in Brighton, Legends is now a firm favourite. Fantastic and good value breakfast.too.

Nice little room with everything you need! I was a little scared there would be a lot of noise at night because there's a bar below, but it was actually really quiet! It's really close by the pier.

A fire alarm went off at around 7am but stopped before needing to getting out. Wasn't the most welcome experience.

Nice lovely spacious room. Great thoughtful gesture of earplugs as club downstairs was a bit loud.

I loved it, small single room, but clean and comfortable with a sea view. You can hear the music from the club, there are ear plugs supplied. But I will stay there again. Great location. I parked a bit of a walk away in Queens Park for £8.70 for 24 hours.

Good location Very nice and friendly staff - welcoming and helpful Nice and clean Stayed on the 3rd floor - worried about noise from the nightclub in the basement couldn’t hear it at all. Nice breakfast too. Bar downstairs gets busy and if you’re looking for peace and quiet drink on Friday or Saturday night it might not be for you. Good entertainment too. Overall a great stay. The room, although functional, was quite small. The bathroom door didn't close properly The window was only single glazed, so you could hear absolutely everything from outside. This unfortunately meant that I didn't sleep as I could hear every conversation from people leaving the bar, and this continued until well after 3am. All that being said, I would probably stay again but would bring earplugs or maybe have a room that wasn't on the front of the property

It would have been useful that the second open wardrobe space had a top rail fitted to increase hanging space Bedroom cabinets could be “drawer” type to give further storage space Apart from that could not fault the room

It was a little noisy, but this was my fault for not checking it was above a bar. Ear plugs were provided and I slept fine.
