Everything was we wanted was catered for so nothing that we didn't like.

Stayed here a few times now and the staff have always been extremely helpful. Room was very comfortable and the food excellent.

Clean and quiet, as requested; modern decor for those who like that, and a working bathroom with warmth overnight. The breakfast buffet was good, though I did spot and avoid an out-of-date yoghurt! The staff being very busy I merely put it out of reach on the top of the buffet rather than start reporting it and making a delay and a fuss.

A few electric vehicle charging points in the car park would be a big benefit, to save guests having to park their cars in Newgate Street and walk back to the hotel. The freeview TV channels did not include the BBC channels.

We weren’t able to have a meal after 5.30 as it was Sunday. Not warned about this beforehand. Would have thought as it was a hotel the kitchen would have been opened for a little longer and we should in any case have been warned. Television did not work. Did not report as we only discovered at 10 0’clock and there was no phone to report to reception . We did report next day to help next guest. Not remote issue but no instructions so couldn’t work out ourselves.

The hotel was let down by the food . It as all microwave or book in the bag. It needs a chef who can cook.

Restaurant menu à bit boring so we ate out instead.

Location was perfect for the Town centre. Breakfast was OK for us but we don’t eat cooked breakfast.

Newly refurbished and very clean. Breakfast was good and cooked to order so better than a buffet and pricing was reasonable.

Staff could be more knowledgeable on the area regards bars and eating places . Maybe a map of how to get to car park when you aren’t familiar with the area would be useful . Staff could serve customers and not both be cleaning at the same time generally we laughed it off but we actually nearly didn’t bother as it looked like the bar was closed .neither made eye contact or a move to speak. Wouldn’t put me off staying again as it’s easily sorted

The bathroom door in our room was difficult to close due to accumulated layers of paint, and there was no lock on the bathroom door. There's a restaurant downstairs which serves fairly decent food, although the prices are a little on the high side, particularly for breakfast.

Nice hotel in central Worksop. It's massive inside with at least 500 rooms. A lot of the hotel appears to have been recently redecorated, so it all looks very modern. The rooms are comfortable with a big bed and high quality mattress.

Breakfast was a little confusing. In the email it said that breakfast was £10 per night but in actual fact you just paid for what you had. However, some of our friends were asked if they wanted toast, some weren't asked. It wasnt really clear if you ordered a cooked breakfast you could also have cereals. orange juice etc

The room was a bit small and it was hot, there was no top sheet on the bed or spare blanket as an alternative.
