I felt the staff were unwilling to accommodate any request, I asked for specific drink as it was my birthday but they advised they would only make drinks from the list despite having all the ingredients. The tv in our room also didn’t work so felt we didn’t get to relax in our room as much as I’d have liked

Not value for money. Menu poor and totally overpriced so did not have evening meal. Breakfast nice. Drinks at bar wey overpriced. Also had issues with sinks and shower

Since children are allowed in the spa so it could get quite loud at times. But great if you are coming with a family!

Excellent breakfast. Room was really comfortable. Spa services (massages) were great. Excellent location. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Great cocktails. The views are unbeatable. Truly a special place that we did not want to leave!!

We had 2 TVs in the family room and neither of them worked. We were able to retune one of them ourselves but the other didn’t work at all - we only stayed one night so it didn’t matter too much but it would have bothered us if we stayed longer.

Nice location, views were lovely especially from the outdoor hot tub in the morning. We had a really good sized family room. The pool and spa was lovely. In the restaurant, the food was nice although slightly expensive and the staff were very attentive and friendly. The hotel is very accommodating of dogs.

One member of the restaurant staff needs a lesson in customer service..not happy at all we asked for a break in between starters and breakfast. This putting a dampener on the end of our stay

I don't have any major dislikes, just a couple of feedback points The hairdryers in the room aren't very good. If packing for a short stay it's not always reasonable to pack a hairdryer. Given part of the stay includes the spa facilities, it would make a difference if the hairdryers were better. The spa facilities are beautiful but it's a shame cars can park in front of the viewing window. It might be better to block off these spaces as there are plenty others available.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the facilities are lovely with good opening hours and the room was comfortable and clean.

The lack of disabled parking spaces to the front of the hotel. We had to park to the rear where my friend had to climb a flight of stairs to access the hotel .The Wi-Fi was non existent in our room , so the TV didn’t work , there was no bottled water in the room . Our room had an interconnecting door to the room next door , neither of which could be locked by the occupants. I had to get someone with a master key to have them locked .

Only downside was went to order a Two drinks Cost £15 , and when it came to dinner time the food was way overpriced £20 for starter and £40 for a steak come on !! It's not London, the was good though I've had better for less

The prices of the drinks was the only downside, hence we only had one drink during our stay. The bar and fires were appealing but not worth the higher than expected prices.

The staff were all lovely and so friendly. We felt so welcome. My Labrador was loving all the cuddles and breakfast sausages. The room was clean, comfortable and relaxing. Location was ideal for a relaxing couple of days.

This visit we noticed that the usual standard of cleanliness in the spa area was a bit neglected. The floor of the changing room and showers was visibly dirty. The hot tub had grit on the floor and seats. The food is great but a bit pricey - my daughter is vegan so had the heritage carrot starter which was priced at £12:50! She enjoyed it but it was carrots after all.

We have been a few times and love the feel of the place. Very relaxing environment and the staff very friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast in the morning was a shambles. We had to book a times lot and still it all went wrong. As above

Breakfast was OK when we finally got it. Shown to our seat then left . We were not told about fruit juice yogurt toast etc to find them. When we found it there was no orange/apple juice or glasses. It then took about 45 mins to actually get our breakfast. Ruined a great start to the day.
