Service at the bar was very slow for clients returning after the rugby game at the Stoop this should have been anticipated and extra staff brought in?

Location was walking distance from the Stoop, parking was available. Room was good and also access to Virgin Health for an hour or so.

Bit of a mix up at check in but probably because it had changed from Marriott to Raddison a couple of days earlier. Some decor and carpets a little tired. Breakfast buffet not replenished as got closer to end of breakfast service.

Great location for a match either at the main ground or the Stoop. Access to excellent Virgin Active gym next door. Comfortable beds and fridge in room

Hallways were tired with taped down carpets and unable to open room windows even slightly to let fresh air in. Apparently this is for security reasons?

Its location for going to see Harlequins Rugby, it was also a decent standard and room was comfortable with large beds

Only negative was no sign out front so it took a bit to figure out where the hotel entrance was.

Great location for watching match at Twickenham Stoop. Convenient bar and restaurant, and also use of pool and gym. Clean, big, comfortable rooms.

Probably many problems due to being in the middle of changing ownership. Restaurant; this was not available the first evening (a private event), we had not been informed. The bar served limited snacks. We didn’t eat in the hotel after that so not sure if that was the case every evening. Room and general decor; generally tired, in need of updating. Charges; for room, breakfast and sundries; confusing for us and the staff. Not sure if I ended up paying the right amount, think we were charged for 2 breakfast when it was included in room rate but that wasn’t clear or we’d have had breakfast every day! To access the pool and sports facilities you had to go outside hotel into a different entrance (Virgin Active)

Size of room and bed. Pleasant staff. Free parking. Safe, ironing facilities and hairdryer, tea/coffee etc. A convenient location for where we needed to go; bus stops outside hotel. Good breakfast. Bathroom sink plunger and tv not working in our room, however we were given an alternative room.

The only thing wrong was that the room was set too hot and never came down in temperature. Unable to open windows «safety and security » reasons. Really!

Cracked sink & tile missing in bathroom. Was told breakfast was on offer at £6 but when arrived at restaurant was told that was only if bought night before & was quoted £14.50!

Location is superb for rugby.

Car park was further than i would have liked to have walked in late check in. The hotel indicated that access for my 13 year old to pool was ok on prebooking but the gym wouldn’t allow it when we wanted in.

Breakfast chaotic, food running out, having to hunt for cutlery and mugs. Staff rushed off their feet so unable to provide a good breakfast experience. Food on offer was good though, when it wasn't running out.

Convenience for Twickenham Stadium, check in, rooms comfortable, spacious and clean.

Expensive breakfast if you have dietary requirements. I am coeliac and vegetarian, so other than a few items, I cannot eat very much to warrant £12/18. I understand the Marriott will no longer be here soon and I think it showed as even basics, such as the amount tea and coffee available and little touches in the bathroom were either reduced or gone completely.

The staff were efficient, friendly and apologetic for a delay we didn't think was needed- there was a check in taking place as we arrived, it was merely a minute or so to get ourselves checked in too. The attention to service was appreciated. Before our visit, we had emails asking if we required anything and explained how match days differ to a regular stay. I was also asked if we required parking so that it could be booked before we arrived. The location was great for our visit to The Stoop. Just a few minutes over the road.

I thought breakfast was a bit chaotic. Things kept running out so we couldn't have what we wanted, the coffee machine ran out of water and there didn't seem many staff to cope with the amount of customers. It was disappointing.

Space had a damaged ceiling, dirty glasses left outside room had to report twice for then to be removed, only one chair at window so couples couldn’t sit together unless using the desk chair

Pool and spa facilities were lovely , great choice at breakfast foods, staff very friendly and welcoming, room was very spacious (sky view room)
