Bed was small, TV didn’t work and shower wasn’t powerful or hot, no lift (3rd floor).

Super location, excellent staff, had everything needed for a one night stay.

The environment was unpleasant and except some supermarkets pretty nearby the apartment, there was simply nothing to do in the neighborhood (there were some restaurants and breweries, that means a 20 minutes walk and not that very nice to walk).

Nice (small) appartement with four beds and a small kitchen. It was good for one night. There is a office nearby where you can pick up the keys and ask for support. There are supermarkets in the neighborhood.

Very little soundproofing inside the room, could hear, loudly, every toilet flush from other apartments.

Everything was super, only problem we had within our stay was the shower temperature being either scalding hot or freezing cold but I let the receptionist know as soon as possible and within 5 minutes she was at the door to help and offered us another room to shower in but by that time we had all showered. She also offered us a later check out time which I thought was a kind gesture especially when the issue was out of her control and she would have to get someone out to resolve the issue.

Beautiful rooms on the smaller side but wouldn’t see this as an issue if it was for a leisurely stay, everything you could need in one place, very close to tube station a 15 minute walk. Quiet area also

The lights in the small kitchen were broken, and the main lamp do not work in the room. After changing the room, there was only main light, no reading lamp or bedside lamp were available.

The hotel is nice, calm, clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly. We enjoyed this hotel.

Had one cup for hot drinks in the morning. Tv was on a fixed bracket facing the door so when you sat on the bed it didn’t face you.

Great location with bus stop right outside to get into central London. Had everything we needed in the room, the beds were comfy and there were very handy charging points by both beds. Great price for the location and facilities.

It wasn’t extremely central and the reception is not manned 24 hours but they help you check in via phone.

It was an apartment with kitchen and decent beds, good ventilation and showers. Very nice. Neighbourhood seemed a mix of dodgy and gentrified - interesting

I did not expect an almost full kitchen within the room, but a stove, oven, kettle, pans and pots were all there! Slight walk from the apartment to the tube, so wasn't as great during the rain, but overall quite a nice price/value ratio!

Street lights shining into room at night meant unable to make room dark. Stairs with cases are difficult but this seems to be common in the UK
