A group of very noisy people staying in next door bedroom making a lot of noise and constant banging of doors on both nights up to 2 oclock in the morning!

The fact you have to pay a deposit of £100 in cash or card Plus fill out a form and show ID STAFF WAS not clear and I had to ask for Wi-Fi and was told leave me room And go to the main doors for the information.

The room felt a bit like having a sleepover with your cousin at your grandmas house. The blankets were not like the photo's and very dusty, the sheets a bit old and the sink emitted a strong sewage smell.

Erica, who was our host and minded the front desk, was AMAZING. She was sweet, attentive, and made us feel super welcome. Wishing her the absolute best. The vibe of the place was nice. Good price for a last minute booking. Surprised by the quality of the toilet paper.

The floor/rug of the room was a bit soft which is an odd feeling. There were some spiderwebs in lesser reachable corners. I was there in January and the windows let some wind and cold in, but with the heating the room was still around 20°C.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The bathroom clean and the shower was great and had instantly hot water. The room was small but perfect for a one night stay after a long travel. I liked the locks for the rooms, made me feel safe. The location is a bit outside but with Elizabeth Line or even a Bus the city centre is reachable in less than 30min.

The room we initially got was very small and not so clean, with mould on the top corner of the room (second room was much better though).

Staff was very friendly and offered us a free upgrade, which was much appreciated considering the first room was really small. Hotel is a 5 min walk to Elizabeth Line so it's really easy to get to Central London.

little bit noisy becoz the hotel is near the road. The heater in the room is too old and not very efficient. feeling cold in the washroom.

the room is small but good. valuable for short term travel. 10mins walk to new line station, Elizabeth line. the reception staffs are friendly and gave me some advices for travel in London.

The room & bed are soo small for the price they charge. You can get a double room on Airbnb/or any other place for the same price.

The bed was very small and the bedcloth was extremely small. Some of the personnel seems to not really care about anything. Bathroom was small and a bit dirty.

It's located close to a rail station, which makes it very easy to go to the City. Generally for a short stay it's bearable.

The location is not the best if you want to visit London, I would probably suggest a place in East instead, because it is better linked. Overall, the property is very old and the shower had some issue with hot water.

The staff was super kind. Everyone was approachable and ready to help, even going above and beyond. The lady at the front desk (I don't remember her name) was happy to help even at 2:00 am. I felt at home, thank you, everyone!

The single room is quite small. It takes a bit of time for the hot water to start running in the bathroom. There is no air con but there was a fan heater provided in the room.

The room was clean and comfortable - it had a tv, bathroom and toilet, temperature was good and overall it was very quiet. It is very close to the new station (Acton main line) on the Elizabeth line and you can easily get to central London. Staff were very friendly.
