We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United KingdomThe only thing for me was the pillows in our room were a bit too firm but that is just a personal thing and probably won't bother too many people
The location was one of the main reasons for choosing to stay here, I was in London to take part in the marathon and this place is close to the DLR line so it makes it easy to get to the start line. The apartment was well equipped with a full kitchen and a decent sized bathroom. Check in was easy and even though they were renovating the reception area it was still clean and the staff were very helpful.

United KingdomThere needed to be a mirror in the bedroom and another tv. My sister and I were there for a girls weekend and sharing the one mirror in the bathroom was very difficult. One of us had to use the bathroom mirror whilst the other used the tv or our phone and it wasn’t easy. Also needs a dustpan and brush to keep the room clean.
It was lovely and clean, the rooms are a great size and the facilities were amazing. Close to the tube for sightseeing. Lovely complimentary toiletries!

It was then was confirmed by another person it was Fatima. Only reason i wouldn’t go back due to service (first impressions count) although the Morning staff were very friendly.

United KingdomWe stayed for 6 days and realized the heating was not working well. My wife and I had to be opening the door to get fresh air in to avoid heat. We met the sitting area dirty as we shifted one of the sofa bed in the sitting area revealed dirts underneath the chair. That was an unbelievable sight. We requested doe a housekeeper to come since we had no brush and dust packer to clean up by ourselves but we were told cleaning is done on eve a week. It was a festive period and the dustbin was quickly filled. We requested for housekeeper and we were told we would have to take it to the dump underneath the building. we did but no one gave us prior knowledge. Staff we met who checked us in were really great guys and really represented Marlin well. The major regret we had was that someone sent my wife a cake on the 29th Dec. Cake was delivered on same day 29th, no one came to the apartment nor called my mobile. Bottom line, we never got it. On 30th we checked out and went back to Aberdeen. The sender called to ask if my wife liked the cake and we were surprised because none at Marlin mentioned this. My wife called the reception immediately and the guy at the other end confirmed he could see a cake etc. We sent him an address to pls post but we never got the cake. Lastly, I have just checked my account and discovered that Marlin debited me additional $175.80 on 28th Dec 2023. May I ask what this was for after paying $3,377.07 on arrival on 24th Dec 2023. If this was a security deposit, no one told me ahead and having checked out since 30th Dec, a max 5 workings should be enough to send back the money. Please I would like a prompt response

United KingdomParking for 5 nights was another £100 so meaning we ended up paying £200 per night - being open, either my expectations are too high or living in Yorkshire for 30 years has rubbed off but I felt that was too much for an apartment that was showing several signs of needing maintenance - front door lock that was very temperamental, scuffed floors and decor, toilets that needed some effort to flush properly and a kitchen that was barely adequate in terms of utensils. The fridge/freezer and other equipment had been turned off so someone must of known that some of the fittings were not working and our attempt to fast cool the fridge led to the ruining of salad products we had brought. Not the weather to sit out but both balconies need attention as they have algal build up that would be slippy and there is not actually enough furniture for two people to sit outside let alone the four the flat would theoretically accommodate.
Well located complex with onsite parking and really knowledgeable and friendly staff who definitely were a highlight of the stay - there were several we saw over the 5 nights and all of them made us feel welcome. As it was my partner's first time in Canary Wharf, we were offered an upgrade to a two bedroom flat that was spacious and basic - probably a luxury apartment when it was new.
