The only thing for me was the pillows in our room were a bit too firm but that is just a personal thing and probably won't bother too many people

The location was one of the main reasons for choosing to stay here, I was in London to take part in the marathon and this place is close to the DLR line so it makes it easy to get to the start line. The apartment was well equipped with a full kitchen and a decent sized bathroom. Check in was easy and even though they were renovating the reception area it was still clean and the staff were very helpful.

Think the walls had just been painted in places so smell of paint abit overpowering at times. Freezing cold in bathroom but rest of flat fine.

V gd value for money, has everything you need for a nights stay or more. Safe area to be walking about in at night, helpful staff checking in.

Very sparse and uncomfortable. Wasn’t as the photos online. Poor lighting, gloomy lounge, no plug in kitchen sink. No broom or dustpan. Shower ran hot & cold. Bed was short in length. Dreary view of a council estate. Apparently in the middle of a refurb.

Clean and tidy.

Pricing policy by booking.com. non refundable reservation made more than a month ago and discovered that prices dropped by more than 150€ just days before the arrival . Nothing the Canary Warf staff could fix. Very disappointing!

The place is good and clean

Cleaning is only weekly. I’ll prefer a daily or two days. Also TV channels were not fantastic.

The location ins good and facility excellent. The front desk staff (Iryna) was highly helpful and welcoming.

didnt liked that theres no balcony, only small dining table with 2chairs,even there was sofa bed to sleep aand 4people can stay there but wasnt able for all of us to have breakfast or dinner together at one table. they could apload photos of one bedroom apartment aswell that people can see what exactly they are getting

There needed to be a mirror in the bedroom and another tv. My sister and I were there for a girls weekend and sharing the one mirror in the bathroom was very difficult. One of us had to use the bathroom mirror whilst the other used the tv or our phone and it wasn’t easy. Also needs a dustpan and brush to keep the room clean.

It was lovely and clean, the rooms are a great size and the facilities were amazing. Close to the tube for sightseeing. Lovely complimentary toiletries!

Lady on reception when arrived at 6:30pm was not welcoming, asked for actions with no “please” or “thank-you” addressed issue, continued to be ignored, asked for name for feedback, was told don’t need to know. It was then was confirmed by another person it was Fatima. Only reason i wouldn’t go back due to service (first impressions count) although the Morning staff were very friendly.

Clean and central location

We stayed for 6 days and realized the heating was not working well. My wife and I had to be opening the door to get fresh air in to avoid heat. We met the sitting area dirty as we shifted one of the sofa bed in the sitting area revealed dirts underneath the chair. That was an unbelievable sight. We requested doe a housekeeper to come since we had no brush and dust packer to clean up by ourselves but we were told cleaning is done on eve a week. It was a festive period and the dustbin was quickly filled. We requested for housekeeper and we were told we would have to take it to the dump underneath the building. we did but no one gave us prior knowledge. Staff we met who checked us in were really great guys and really represented Marlin well. The major regret we had was that someone sent my wife a cake on the 29th Dec. Cake was delivered on same day 29th, no one came to the apartment nor called my mobile. Bottom line, we never got it. On 30th we checked out and went back to Aberdeen. The sender called to ask if my wife liked the cake and we were surprised because none at Marlin mentioned this. My wife called the reception immediately and the guy at the other end confirmed he could see a cake etc. We sent him an address to pls post but we never got the cake. Lastly, I have just checked my account and discovered that Marlin debited me additional $175.80 on 28th Dec 2023. May I ask what this was for after paying $3,377.07 on arrival on 24th Dec 2023. If this was a security deposit, no one told me ahead and having checked out since 30th Dec, a max 5 workings should be enough to send back the money. Please I would like a prompt response

The furniture and bathroom facilities are outdated.

The property location was great for me, 5 min walk from the office. Shopping mall, Canary Wharf underground station, DLR 10 min walk. Very helpful staff at the reception desk.

The less housekeeping

The cozy apartment. The fact that the kitchen was all inclusive was it for me

The guy who checked us out was really rude and grumpy. We've stayed here a few times and the staff have always been wonderful but the checkout guy really let them down.

The guy who checked us in was great, super friendly professional and helpful. The apartment was lovely too.

It is not a cosy place, more like an option if the previous five-ten are not available.

Decent location in Canary Wharf

Parking for 5 nights was another £100 so meaning we ended up paying £200 per night - being open, either my expectations are too high or living in Yorkshire for 30 years has rubbed off but I felt that was too much for an apartment that was showing several signs of needing maintenance - front door lock that was very temperamental, scuffed floors and decor, toilets that needed some effort to flush properly and a kitchen that was barely adequate in terms of utensils. The fridge/freezer and other equipment had been turned off so someone must of known that some of the fittings were not working and our attempt to fast cool the fridge led to the ruining of salad products we had brought. Not the weather to sit out but both balconies need attention as they have algal build up that would be slippy and there is not actually enough furniture for two people to sit outside let alone the four the flat would theoretically accommodate.

Well located complex with onsite parking and really knowledgeable and friendly staff who definitely were a highlight of the stay - there were several we saw over the 5 nights and all of them made us feel welcome. As it was my partner's first time in Canary Wharf, we were offered an upgrade to a two bedroom flat that was spacious and basic - probably a luxury apartment when it was new.

Transportation 1. Bus Station - next to the apartment ( very convenient) 2. Train / Tube - 10 ~ 15min by walking & by Bus around 5 ~ 7min @ canary wharf Groceries - within 5 minutes range two shops are available
