Elevator at times went straight past your floor without stopping when requested. A clothes washer/dryer in the room would have been handy for a 5 night stay.

Originally had booked for two adults. When we saw the size of the apartment we upgraded to include our adult son who originally was going to stay elsewhere. Nothing was a problem with the staff and they were most accommodating with our request (even apologized for the additional cost - we were fine with the cost; saved a hostel fee).

If I had to nitpick, the overbath shower would be better with hand rails for older guests.

Quality of the appartment was excellent, with full high quality appliances. 24 hour reception with very helpful staff! Location of the Subway on doorstep, along with mini supermarket & overall great London central area.

A bit noisy especially if the windows are left open. Sofa in the living room is not very comfortable but since kids were sleeping there, they didn't mind.

Spacious, well equipped apartment located in the center of London city, close to metro station. Skygarden, St. Paul's cathedral, Millennium bridge and Tower of London are in the walking proximity. Kitchen is fully equipped. Complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, salt and coffee milk included. Iron table and iron in the apartment. Very clean, looks as recently refurbished.

The apartment was spacious enough for our family of 4. Everything was clean and well maintained. Kitchen was well equipped. We had everything what we need for our stay. And the location was simply excellent. I would only recommend this accommodation in the London center.

There's an underground train station under the building. We could hear the trains on the 3rd floor. Needs lot of walking during the day, so it doesn't bother you during the night :-). Should be mentioned in the profile to be transparent. I was also surprised they refused refill of basic things such as dishwasher tablets.i understand London is expensive, but when you pay over 1 thousand pounds, you'd expect less cheap approach from your host.

Great location in the heart of London, close to Mansion House and Bank stations that covers multiple tube lines. 3 minutes walk to Southwark Bridge to Borough Market and surroundings. Short walk to St Paul’s Cathedral. However, I found that location is a bit too quiet to walk out at night

Every couple minutes, you can hear the train or tube passing. The building must be either very close or above . Very annoyed by that. The mirror- this is a very funny observation- the closest socket for the hair dryer is that far away, that you can't get to the mirror. Ended up drying my hair in front of a microwave.

It's wasn't a problem for us but this it is not a hotel room so don't expect breakfast on site.

This was the perfect setup for a family. We had a well stocked kitchen (which looked brand new), a large bathroom with a nice shower/bath and a separate bedroom so everyone had their own space. We even had a good sized balcony so we could step out for fresh air. There is a Sainsbury's Local and a Domino's within a minute walk and three close tube stations. Everything was clean and the staff were helpful.

The fact that we were right on top of a tube station meant there was some train noise, but after a day or so it wasn't noticeable. The property said they could split one of the the double rooms into a twin, which we needed as two work colleagues were sharing it, and they charged us a small fee for the extra bedding - but the beds were actually only possible to move about 10cm apart (not an exaggeration!) and it meant they were still sleeping very close together. This caused some amusement, and thankfully the people staying there were able to deal with this. I'm not sure if less familiar work colleagues would find it so amusing!

Great location close to many transport links (and the place we were working all week), with a lovely flat which was well appointed and clean, with friendly staff.
