Evrything was perfect.

Location within walking distance to town, only ten minutes. Breakfast was the best we have had, attention to detail was exceptional.

Great stay in Seahouses. Liked the room, spacious, cosy and clean, well presented. Great hosts, knowlegdable on the area and very welcoming. Good Breakfast selection and in a Quiet spot.

Everything here was excellent. The room was lovely and spacious, bed very comfy. Exceptionally clean lovely hot shower. The added extras left in the room very appreciated, fresh milk, tea towel and washing up aids. Great selection of hot beverages excellent. Breakfast was exceptional everything was amazing, so much choice and everything was delicious. Nothing was too much trouble. Paul and Donna are exceptional hosts very welcoming and friendly. A really lovely couple.

Lovely warm welcome on arrival. The room was lovely, comfy & very clean. Modern bathroom,Shower perfect. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate with biscuits in your room. Breakfast choice of cereal, yogurt and fresh fruit. And cooked breakfast delicious. Nothing to much trouble. Will definitely stay again.

Friendly hosts who were happy and engaged with guests making for an enjoyable stay. They also had good knowledge of the local area. Clean room and very good breakfast, including vegetarian options. Very good location.

From the very first meeting everything was just exceptional. Donna & Paul welcomed us warmly. They were extremely friendly . Our room was spotless & had a very stocked coffee/tea /biscuits section with fresh milk delivered every day . Breakfast was a feast with loads of selections . We had fruit cereal & cooked which was delicious. We couldn't fault anything. Looking forward to returning in the future.

We loved how Donna phoned to say our room was ready early if we wished to arrive sooner. Paul & Donna greeting us at the door, taking our bags to the room. They had thought of everything in the room. Breakfast was amazing so much to choose from we didn’t need lunch that day! Location was perfect for walking into Seahouses for a meal and around the harbour and it was so quiet the location of the B&B not a sound during the night.

Donna and Paul were perfect hosts they have a lovely home, the room was very spacious with a comfortable 4 poster bed a good size bathroom with shower and Paul cooked a superb breakfast it was an enjoyable stay

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like

The property is walking distance from the village centre . Our room was lovely and the addition of a flask of fresh milk made all the difference. There were comfortable chairs and plenty of space with a view of the back garden. The hosts were exceedingly helpful and recommended places to eat, drink and visit. It was well placed for our visit the next day to Holy Island. Seahouses is a lovely little place to stay and the locals are welcoming.

Lovely location, spotless cleanliness, but most of all the hosts were sooooooo lovely. They make the big hotel chains look awful, if only my business hotels were this good. Thank you both we will be back
