The shower was dangerously hot. Set at just below 40 degrees on the dial when we arrived I had to turn it all the way to cold before I could stand under it! If there had been a child they could have been scalded

The hotel is very out dated. It seemed to be not very busy at all but myself & friends who were also staying at the hotel, were given rooms really far from the reception/ entrance. The bar menu is very limited & the food wasn't particularly good for the price, only late option for food at the bar was Pizza. The pool area was overly busy and it is quite small. The changing rooms in the pool area could really do with a deep clean & a private area to change your clothing. You are exposed to an open plan changing room with the only private area being toilet cubicles (I didn't want to stand in someone elses pee).

Poor mattresses and decor needs updating, mould stains around the window. More options at breakfast would be nice ie: other meat options that are not pork.

It's nice place, only that on our arrival we were told we have to pay extra for the swimming pool and other things which we thought it was free.

On my arrival, we got very good welcome from the main reception and rooms were very nice nnd clean, staff were very friendly, I enjoyed breakfast too.

Location good as we visited family nearby. The only downside was that we could not go for a swim unless we all paid £10 each. My grandson was looking forward to swimming as we have stayed before and not had to pay for facilities.

Breakfast service was a little ad hoc when I initially attended it was service at the table but then they laid out a buffet but failed to tell people who had ordered that they could simply now go and help themselves. However on reporting that hotel said they would take it up and we apologetic about it but it didn't spoil stay.

Room was clean and comfortable, food was good but on the whole the staff friendly and polite and helpful.

As above, cross to arrive to be told the spa was an additional cost.

I booked the hotel because it had a pool and spa, only to arrive and be told that that was no longer part of the guest experience and there was now a £10 charge. I pointed out that that wasn't on the site when I booked and was met with a blank - well it is now. Otherwise all was fine, bed was great, good bath, food reasonable.

Generally the staff were very helpful and cheerful, particularly the young lady who booked us in. However an older member of staff at reception was extremely officious and persisted to insist that we were only booked in for one night even when shown hard copy proof that, that was not the case.

I was given a large room which was clean .it had a good size bathroom. Nespresso coffee machine and pods in the room. Only stayed one night so did not try all the facilities Park Park uses number plate recognition so don't check in your car otherwise you're going to get changed £100

We couldn't have our full English breakfast because it's not served until 7am & as we had to leave approx 6.30 on route to Crufts to show our 17 month old Norwegian Elkhound ( who came 4th in her group). It would have been nice if we could have eaten before leaving but alas we had to pay Crufts.
