Disappointed lack of breakfast severed at the property a carry out hot and cold breakfast was available but would have preferred a cooked breakfast to eat in..

Anything you needed was on hand extra tea coffee hot chocolate all available 24/7 tea pots and cafetiere also provided. Excellent service.

So beautiful place I thoroughly enjoyed my stay very friendly hospitality and very close to the beach only 5 minutes to drive , in the farm my son was so happy to see jumping goats on trampoline it was so funny 😆, Very delicious breakfast , we will definitely come back again!!!

The fact we had to go home.

Lovely location the people are about all day,nothing was to much trouble. Very relaxed atmosphere and very friendly animals . We had 3 days of brilliant weather and it rained as we left. Food was easy to get in Ilfracombe some open till 8pm.

Unfortunately the WiFi was not strong enough to support basic streaming. I think a WiFi signal booster is needed. Luckily I had my own Internet data so didn't cause too much of an issue. In addition, although the shower pressure was good the temperature seemed intermittent with going from warm to extremely hot in a matter of seconds out of no where. And this continued with the temperature fluctuating up and down which proved to be difficult to shower comfortably on several occasions - despite at different times of the day. Although it could just be me?.....

What I did enjoy was the the farm's aesthetic, the overall location, and the range of refreshments you could choose from. You could help yourself to extra if needed along with other essential items such as towels. There was a modern smart TV which I was shocked to see, as normally you get an old dodgy TV that has limited range of channels - so a win on that part! Overall I would come back again in a year!

The owner explained that the range of breakfast was curtailed by Covid regulaions. It was just adequate as well-prepared but little choice. My room was large, clean and comfortable. The owner answered my questions about pubs and restaurants near bye.
