The room was comfortable enough for a single night with tea/coffee making facilities provided. Food in the pub was reasonable and priced reasonably.

The room was in need of an update. There were black marks on the ceiling in the bathroom. The grout could do with some attention as it was brown under the sink. The toilet flush was noisy.

Staff were great. We ate there on the evening and the food was lovely.

Couldn't get back in the 1st night due to the lock not working properly but had to keep trying it to get in. Shower needed a little more pressure. The kettle had a crack in it so could only fill it for 1 cup, only realised when 1st boiled it and it leaked boiling water everywhere. Wanted food before our event, we arrived at around 2.30pm and asked if doing food about 3.30pm and was told not till 5pm had to find somewhere else.

The location was great for what we were staying for. Great it had parking.

Continental breakfast offer would have been better than no breakfast at all. Bedroom floor uneven and up and down. You need a car to drive for breakfast.

Quiet room, private access direct from car park. Plenty of parking. Good hot food menu lunch and dinner but no breakfast. Very pleasant staff.

The shower was very old and had poor pressure and the heating was controlled by a timer by the owner and not on enough so got cold at times.

Great location and the Staff was very Friendly and helpful. The bed was comfy with fresh sheets.

i liked the freedom of the coming & going, and that there was no time issues - I had a few late nights haha! parking was also widely available which I really liked too.

Nothing really although would have been nice to have some soap or hand gel. Used the shower gel which was provided in a sachet The shower was a bit small.

Staff friendly and welcoming. Room clean and tidy, nicely situated. Plenty of other pubs round about, Tea and coffee facilities and plenty of parking .providing and sachets of shower gel. Provided.

The mattress had completely fell in one side and was touching the base board, it was very very noisy slamming doors and then hedges being cut very early on the Sunday morning. We left the festival early to get back early to keep the noise down and it was very noisy.

My partner had to sort to the shower holder out when we first wanted a shower as it wasn't hanging right. Once assembled, the shower pressure was awful and felt more like a light rain shower, which is less than ideal when the weather was so lovely and all you wanted after a day out was a refreshing shower. There also seems to be air in the taps as running the cold tap for a glass of water produced a horribly loud squeaking noise that didn't change despite how fast or slow you ran the tap, less than ideal in the middle of the night. In the bathroom, we had half a roll of toilet paper in total but didn't think much of it as we assumed there would be more or the room would be checked for provisions Saturday daytime. We ran out of toilet roll Saturday night, couldn't find more in the room and it was too late to go down and ask.

Pub itself was great. It had a really lovely atmosphere, food was delicious and the location was perfect for an evening walk along the canal and getting into Leeds..

Pub food was in the main pub area due to limited space, could benefit from dedicated meals area, but as stated limited floor area, which just proves the popularity of food and pub. So not really a didn't like statement as there was nothing to dislike.

Last minute emergency booking, process was quick and easy, easy to find in a lovely area, pub did great food and was well patronaged. Room was clean and perfectly suitable for my needs. I have more visits to the area planned and will definitely re use this venue.

The fact that they don't provide breakfast was disappointing.

The room was small but cosy. It was quiet and a fairly good location. The staff were friendly and helpful.
