Stayed here for the Shakespeare half marathon, excellent location, just a 2 mile walk to the start line. The staff were really friendly, food was excellent, would definitely return. Rooms were lovely and clean, great showers.

There was no shelf to put toiletries on in the bathroom and the towels were small. The emergency light made the room light.

Staff were lovely. There was a cosy atmosphere in the pub and there was a good choice of evening meals. The breakfast was well presented and plenty of choice.

Nothing, everything great!

Breakfast and dinner were delicious, hot and plentiful. Rooms were comfortable, lovely hot shower, fluffy towels and usual amenities. Tea and coffee replenished and rooms cleaned daily. Owner made the football available on TV for us which made our anniversary extra special. All the staff very amicable and helpful. Close to bus stop so we could ride into town centre and not have to park. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

The location was perfect for us it was quiet and out of the centre. The staff were friendly and it had a late check in and the breakfast was good and filling. The room was compact but worked fine for us.

The New Inn is well situated for any visit to Stratford on Avon, being 2 miles from the centre. It has ample free parking adjacent the property. The selection for an evening meal is brilliant and not expensive. A good selection for breakfast and all are superb. The Inn has a lovely bar and nice atmosphere, All staff at the New Inn are brilliant.

very nice hotel outside Stratford Town Centre .room clean and good size good value for money staff all friendly and helpful lovely breakfast.would recommend and would definitely stay again.Special mention to Charles who was extremely helpful in having my Phone charger returned to me .

The only slight downside was that my room was in an annexe, meaning that I had to walk (a short distance) to the main building for breakfast and it was drizzling. Not a massive problem though.

First off, I added a special request to my booking and someone 'phoned me within a few minutes to arrange it with me. On arrival, I found the room to be spacious, and the shower was lovely - very easy to operate, unlike many I've experienced! My bed was comfortable and I was impressed that the tea/coffee tray included Oat Milk as an option. I'm not vegan myself, but some family members are and I know this is something they don't come across. Breakfast (self-service) was delicious too.

Nothing. The hotel provided exactly what we were expecting.

Myself and a friend visited Stratford-upon-Avon for a weekend and we need led a room that had twin beds was easily accessible and didn't cost the Earth. That is exactly what the new inn provided. The hotel was very accommodating with letting us check in early at 10 o'clock in the morning as we had activities booked from 11 o'clock onwards, and we were going to be out until quite late that night.

There were many floods on route to this location - not to be helped but just hindered my arrival (difficult finding the way late at night) - The stairs is rather narrow but perfectly fine. These are minor things as Everything is good really
