The bed was a little hard.

This was our second stay here, the view is amazing and is great value for money. The apartment has plenty of space and has had some improvements made since last time such as a new tv kitchen equipment.

Double bed mattress was very uncomfortable. Felt like the springs had gone on one side! No welcome pack. Tea, coffee and sugar containers were empty, but not cleaned out. Windows need some TLC. I opened one for the view and thought it was going to fall off it's hinges!

there was lots of stairs to carry suitcases up and the only other thing was that they take £100 deposit from you and it has took 6 days for them to transfer the money back to me ! i can understand a day or maybe 2 but almost a week is a bit too long to be holding onto peoples money . other than that we had a lovely stay

Maybe a few extra utensils in the kitchen such as a teapot. But did not spoil our enjoyment of the apartment.

Double bed was quite lumpy to be honest. Also the pictures appear to be for Apartment B and not the one we actually stayed in.

Location is fantastic, we love staying there. Access to Roker and the beach is great and the hotel just down the road for food.

The only real fault I can say is the windows in the living room open out and we couldn't find a key to lock them. We traveled with a 3 year old so had to constantly tell her to keep away from the window, a bit hard with the sea just across the road. Also the bulb had gone in the twin bedroom so needed the phone torch after putting the main light out.

The flat as a whole was superb, could not fault anything about it when it says sea views were not joking, bang across the road what a view, illuminations at night too. A Morrison supermarket 5 minutes drive away. The shower was amazing too.

Kitchen and living room needed a deep clean. Old stained pillows. Carpet stained, the whole place is in need of TLC.

There was a deposit required which wasn’t told at booking stage and also took nearly two weeks to get back.

Location is great situated on the seafront ten minutes from city centre and the Stadium of Light. Property had great views

The view and the accommodation! Perhaps a lot of stairs for some but we were fine and that view was well worth the effort.

staircase was very unclean, dust on fire hydrant , the room had two windows which had a note on not too be opened, no teaspoons, only one pan and one frying pan both had been used and put away dirty .Had to tune in the tv . The wardrobe had things in the bottom of it that should have been put away
