You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

thought the hotel was really clean and i had a comfortable stay. The staff were really polite and a good help. I also thought the food supplied in the morning was really good. The parking was also simple and access to the car park was easy to locate.

United KingdomAll in all this was a great value stay. The only thing i would change/upgrade would probably be tea coffee in the rooms, there was some but it wasn't great
A trip with friends to watch the football. The hotel is perfectly placed near the motorway (but not noisy). We arrived really early and the staff were super helpful and checked us in 3 hours earlier than planned. The restaurant and bar staff were helpful, friendly and chatty.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean. The staff at reception gave me a toothbrush free of charge which was a nice gesture, it was wooden so recyclable too. I liked the leaflet about sleeping well, it was interesting to read.

United KingdomThe room was too cold. The temperature inside the room was 13 degrees according to the thermostat on the wall the room took way too long to warm up with the air conditioning. It was that cold that it kept me awake. I could not find an extra blanket.
Staff were very friendly and efficient. Room was well decorated and a good size. Bar/food were all good quality and fairly priced for a hotel.

ItalyThe room was not cleaned every day. The position was quite far from NEC, from airport and from city centre, taxis are so expensive.. From the bathroom (bathtub) arrived a bad smell every morning.
Staff is really nice and kind. There is a green park behind the hotel were dogs can run and have a round.

Location, staff and food was grand; from memory it’s a 70’s building (?), which is an architectural style that looks tired. Don’t take that as too much of a criticism, I was born in the 60’s and I look really knackered!

United KingdomThe room decor was just beginning to look slightly scruffy with inevitable scuff marks on the wall and some unidentifiable substance stuck to the carpet! The carpeting in the restaurant lets the rest of the decor down; it needs shampooing.
The room was well equipped with everything anyone would want. The lounge and restaurant areas are pleasantly decorated. All the staff are attentive, helpful and cheerful.
