Breakfast was unfortunately disappointing. Buffet was at best warm. As a vegetarian no consideration given by other guests when using tongs/spoons between meat and non meat items so didn’t have cooked offer. No non milk for cereal ie oat or almond.

Room was a good size for 3 adults. Liked the door between room and main door, buffered noise of corridor. Location was excellent, central to restaurants & City Hall.

The décor was a little old fashioned and the room had an echo it was so sparse. Otherwise, great stay!

The hotel has nice facilities including the gym and pool. The reception and bar are very smart. My room was spotless.

The staff could be friendlier. I was waiting for some bar staff one night. Is this worth £105 a night without the pool. No.

Looks like they knew about that problem with the tv and that we were unable to comnect it to our phones stating that a few tvs in the hotel had that problem. Although no solutions was given

Lovely room, big and clean. Pool is warm . Staff was nice when I told them it was my partner's boyfriend and they brought us some little cakes and a note.

Room was crazy hot for time of year with no way to adjust and opening a window is just too noisy. Price of Breakfast is the most expensive I have seen at a hotel, so did not have breakfast there.

Staff were super friendly, Pool was really nice. Room a good size. Good location and very secure Car Park.

A bit more information in the rooms about room service/food availability. We didn't quite understand the app and failed to get room service in time. A bit more info about how to access the pool as well. Not many channels on tv.

Lovely hotel. Nice comfortable room. Well located hotel. Lovely warm swimming pool and facilities. Amazing breakfast with GF and non-dairy options. Lots of useful extras and Nespresso machine in room a nice touch.

99.9% of the staff are absolutely phenomenal, especially in the restaurant. The restaurant manager makes you feel like you are a vip. But, we had a weird experience upon departure. We had to leave a day early because my 10 year old son became quite ill. On our way out I stopped at reception to let them know. The receptionist blankly said “okay”. Didn’t express sympathy or ask if there was anything they could do. Then, because we are frequent guests, I messaged the property via Booking.com to ask if they’d be willing to give us a small voucher towards a future stay. They never replied. Fine if they refused the request, but to never reply is not cool. Great place, but really let down by the way they dealt with this situation.

The property is great. The pool, although sometimes a little dirty, is overall very nice.

The food could be better. The parking fee I think is not reasonable especially for inhouse guest. We stayed 4 nights as we added 1 more night, and had to pay £15 per night.

The staff members are the real gem of the hotel! They are all extremely kind and accommodating. They made our baby girl feel extra special. The pool and kids play room is the best thing ever especially for families like us with young babies. The bar/restaurant staff are very attentive to detail. I can’t praise the staff enough.

The only thing I didn't like was entering the hotel from the front, meant that I was greeted with a staircase or a lift because reception is on the first floor, rather than on the ground floor

I felt the location was good, not far from the coach exchange, rail station and also close to the main shopping parade. There is swimming pool, small but nice to see an inbuilt swimming facility in a hotel as these facilities are generally only provided abroad.
