Nothing at all everything was great

We usually stay in hotels but though we would give a B and B a go Room was clean and comfortable Location was really good Breakfast was great Staff were friendly and polite the young boy helping with breakfast was really nice and helpful We stayed in the family room there was plenty of space for us 4 even though our children are almost adults we would definitely recommend and hopefully we will return

Nothing! We have nothing negative to say at all. All three of us were very happy with our stay here.

We stayed in the family room which was spacious and clean. Breakfast options were good and the staff were lovely. The B&B was situated around a 10 min walk from York Mister and the shops.

My room was warm and comfortable with excellent facilities. Breakfast was really nice in a very pleasant breakfast room. City centre is about a fifteen minute walk. Owners were friendly and welcoming. All in all a very good place to stay.

I felt like I’m staying at aunt’s house, not hotel-clean, comfortable and welcoming. Room was really nice, with everything I needed ( even bottle opener ).Fully stocked tea/coffee was life saver after coming back from rainy city tour.Tasty fresh breakfast.

not a lot really! everything was in walking distance, food was ace! nothing to complain about really! if push came to shove the towels was a bit small but we got by!

I had damaged my knees and a ground floor room was needed. The room was very big, bed nice and comfy, tea and coffee making facilities was waiting for us, the curtains big blackout one and reduced any noise from outside, what little of it anyway! not far from the centre of York, we just left the car and walked everywhere! it was ace we went a couple of weeks into the new year and it was very quite no queuing for everything, apart from betty's cafe, but we just wasn't interested in that!

Although clean, it was a very small room. I suppose I’m not very sociable so don’t like breakfast rooms where I feel I’m being gawped at by other couples especially as I always travel solo. There could have been more choice on the menu such as different fruit juices, poached egg or boiled egg and hash browns. I’m sure most people would be satisfied with their breakfast and the speed of the service. Very small bins in the room - could have been larger.

Speed of check in. The room was very clean. Efficiently produced breakfast. Shower worked. Not many stairs to climb. The house was in good decorative order. They allowed me to leave luggage in their breakfast room before I checked out. Pleasant staff. Very close to one of the most popular areas of York.

It was a really nice place to stay, very friendly and so cosy, a lovely room and quiet close to York Minster. And a great choice of breakfast. Hopefully will have the chance to stay again when in York on a visit

I picked this property based on the location and the parking. Both of which were really easy. In fact it was much closer than I imagined. I also felt at ease when the owner messaged me straight back about parking and said the room would be ready early. The owners were really nice genuine people. Breakfast was excellent
