The area surrounding it was not great. Awkward to get to and unsavory characters hanging around outside. There were also ants.

Flexibility of timing. No cut off time for arrival as self service. The apartment was warm and clean.

The room could get rather warm, rather quickly. I stayed in apartment 11 which was up two flights of narrow stairs which made hauling my three suitcases rather difficult. the beds weren't uncomfortable however they could be more comfortable with softer mattresses. The building site nearby started working at 8am each morning which wasn't an issue for me but if you were a light sleeper then it could potentially be.

The location was good and very easy to get to from multiple underground stations, the room was very well supplied with amenities for every purpose from cooking, to coffee, to shower and bathroom supplies (including hair dryer and straightener) and very clean. The keys were easy to acquire. The room had a window that opens properly which is another great feature. There was a large wardrobe with shelves and drawers to store all of mine and my partners clothes for the trip along with a large mirror, table and chair. Its really everything you would need in a room perfect for two people.

The mattress was terrible. Super thin, almost non-existent. Our backs hurt the entire trip.

The area in which the apartments are located is amazing. A walking distance to Hyde Park, to underground lines and many buses, too. You can also find supermarkets nearby!

I saw several reviews mentioning the high noise level, so I came prepared. But I was not expecting the noise at 8 am on Saturday, to be fair. It was not pleasant to woke up because of this noise. Also the door is not providing noise isolation from the hallway, so in the morning I heard someone singing in the hallway quite loudly.

Apartment is located nicely, close to Paddington railway station and several subway stations, there are several grocery stores nearby too. Check in went easy, I got very clear instructions. Apartment itself was nice, very clean and tidy, I really liked the interior, especially large window in the kitchen area. There was a nespresso machine supplied with capsules, which was nice. Bathroom is not very spacious, but still comfortable to use.

We noticed some ants inside the rooms. Not thar bad but nit nice to see. If we didn't leave early we would for sure suffer the construction side noises. There is also a four-lane-street with heavy traffic and the police sirens are so loud. We were outside a lot so we weren't bothered. Also, we booked extra the room with the bigger bed wich is also considered a smaller double bed Europe standards with 139cm. Read carefully what you choose.

We had the big room n16 at the 3rd Floor. It was big and spacious. The location was really good. The kitchen had a enough tools to prepare a breakfast. The park in front is really nice to have. The heating was amazing. Check in was easy and well described.

The shower was a bit feeble in pressure, but not too bad and we did not have a toaster when it said that we would. A bit noisy as we could hear the neighbours very clearly. Wish they had a twin bed option as we were two friends travelling and would have preferred separate beds, but that was not an option.

The accommodation was one of the better ones I have stayed at, very clean, cozy, equipped with everything you need for a few days, instructions were very clear, self-check in easy. There is a Tesco right across the road and also very good connection to the centre.

The smell of tobacco every time we returned to the room. We didn't manage to identify the origin of the smell.

There were minimal cooking facilities. A toaster would be a useful addition. The stairs were difficult to navigate with suitcases.

No breakfast provided. It was a central location, near trains and shops but still quiet at night.

Major construction work taking place next door. Didn’t interrupt sleep - but daytime noise would be distracting should you spend time in the flat / need to work online there. Easy to solve if listening to music with headphones though

TV too small and signal too patchy for uninterrupted viewing. Had to talk to online conscience twice (during their two-hour early morning availability - shocking) to get oven to work.

Construction next door means you shouldn’t plan on sleeping in past 8 on the weekdays for the next few months. The walls to the hallway were thin (but thick between rooms so it was okay). My biggest complaint is that each room is serviced once a week, and there are no brooms or self-cleaning tools for the rooms, so the floors can get quite dirty. The bed was fine, but not very plush.

The location is great, aside from the construction. Really close to Paddington Station and Edgware Road metro. The walls soundproofed us from the neighbors. The rooms were bright and open. Plenty of storage.

No Tv channels. Couldn’t use Netflix on Tv either as said no internet. No milk sachets for the tea and coffee. No toaster. No small lamp in the living area so only bright overhead light.
