Not my choice of breakfast in hamper. Do not eat any yoghurts or pastries, so did not eat anything. More like b and b than hotel. May this is the choice when out of season. Will try again in season to see if breakfast changes.

Location was excellent. View from room superb. Room was very spacious and bathroom with corner bath excellent. Staff on site were very friendly and happy to help.

The breakfast was fantastic value for money. Some thing different every morning. Debbie was superb nothing was to much. Can't fault them will definitely go back and also recommend .then to all my friends and family. Such lovely people.

The hotel did not have a car park, so had to search for a space on the promenade and side streets.

The breakfast was really good, delivered to the room every morning in a hamper basket with loads of goodies in side. All in all the location and staff makes it a no brainier to stay again.

I'm a light sleeper and could hear the people in the next room talking (pretty much every word), could also hear their TV. I brought ear plugs but could still hear chatter and the TV.

Location superb, had a seaview room which was amazing. Breakfast delivered to the room was wonderful. Staff were really nice and only too happy to help

Location was fab, right on the beach and a 2 min walk to town, the hotel was lovely and clean and the host debbie was very accommodating and always had a smile. Nothing was too much trouble for her, will definitely return.

The rooms are a little old, the walls and the ceilings should have a renewal. Anyway they are very cozy.

The view on the bay is beautiful, the staff are really kind and smiling and the breakfast is delicious. Thank you Debby for your warm welcoming and kindness.

Fantastic location, beautiful, clean and spacious room. Yummm breakfast basket by Debbie, helpful and friendly host - Debbie. Special thanks to Debbie for helping with some birthday arrangements for my husband. I requested for chocolate cupcakes as a surprise but she got a delicious chocolate cake instead and added confetti and a candle. It was so sweet and considerate of her to make the arrangements. Debbie also shared helpful suggestions like restaurants, and booking taxis in advance of our arrival.

Nothing - everything was brilliant.

Everything about our stay was brilliant! Debbie was a wonderful host, and even called us early to let us know our room was ready for us to check in. We had Room 6 which had a beautiful view of the sea. Debbie helped my husband organise for there to be flowers and chocolates in the room for our wedding anniversary. Breakfast was delivered to us in a hamper every morning and was an incredible selection of fruit juice, hot bap/bagel, toast, pastries and yoghurt. Eating it whilst looking out at the sea was wonderful.

The dining room has been closed and even though our breakfast basket was lovely we still like going to a dining room for breakfast. We were informed this after we had booked.

Debbie the owner is lovely. So friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Room was clean and view over the sea was beautiful. Breakfast basket was lovely and had everything we needed. Would definitely return.
