The boiler broke down on my day of departure, so my shower was a bit cold.

We had a superior room overlooking the sea. There was no storage space in the bathroom, the sink waste was rusty, the taps were poor quality and the hot one was loose. The sealant round the sink needs replacing. The room itself was spacious with a lovely view but the outside window needs a good clean!

Breakfast excellent. The staff were really good. The restaurant was very good but overpriced and no choice other than fish. If you are not a fish lover this is not the place for you.

Car parking , the guy on the reception on arrival was rude and not very pleasant . He should learn some basic manners .

We had disabled parking booked at the hotel but had to move it as the spaces were all taken and couldn’t park it in the car park until a few hours after we arrived and then was really tight. The staff did all they could to help us to park but to be honest if we booked a space then it should have been ready for us - whoever else was parked there perhaps should not have been? Breakfast was a let down - ordered omelette (very small amount of filling) and some toast - only got one slice of toast so ordered another slice but after 20 minutes it didn’t arrive so we left. They kept running out of things for the buffett so had to keep waiting for them to top them up. Butter/coffee/orange/apples juice all ran out and people had to wait - also the croissant was hard.

The one and only improvement I would like to see - is to provide coffee and decaf coffee in cafetierres for breakfast.

Everything. The evening meal and breakfasts were excellent, if anything the breakfasts were too big! Service was great, staff were very friendly, our room was fine in every way.

Although the building is lovely it definitely needs some TLC. Especially on the outside. The parking situation isn’t brilliant at all. Although nice that you can get a discount for the car park across the road.

We liked the fact considering the location it was quiet. The restaurant was lovely for breakfast. Had all you needed in the room and was clean and tidy.
