You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomWe had requested our room to be cleaned. The bed was made, however the towels weren't changed, nor did they replace the tea and coffee that had been used.
Hotel placement is excellent as it's right on the promenade. It's within walking distance from the station. Was surprised at the amount of shops in the High Street. Also found the pricing of food and drink to be very reasonable. People are friendly and many wonderful pubs to visit

United KingdomWiFi does need to be better however they explained they suffered a flood a few years back that has affected their electric networks.
A few things could do with improvement like the WIFI as the signal is not the best but hotel staff accommodated is very well. Hotel engineer Jack was super patient and outstanding in terms of service (helped us with our WiFi and TV as we had some issues connecting our chrome cast) However the hotel was much better than expected! Staff were very friendly, our twin sea view room was really clean and surprisingly spacious. Beds were so comfortable, definitely a nice little surprise. It is an older hotel so bare that in mind but has a lovely bar with nice service which operates until midnight on the weekend.

I'm allergic to feather pillow) - no plug beside bed -shower didn't stay up, kept dropping down -tv didn't connect to phone (maintenance person fixed it)
