I sensed that the walls might be a little thin in some cases and the shared bathroom facilities might not suit all but means that the cost stays very low.

Access was straightforward if anonymous; the room was very comfortable and clean and supplied with generous tea and coffee facilities; there was a very comfortable sitting room and a free coffee machine and welcome snacks; good parking space; the guest house is extremely good value for money.

Would be nice if more rooms had en suites ( our single rooms didn’t) but we knew in advance and it wasn’t a big deal. There was a sink in our rooms though. No breakfast available but again we knew in advance. Lots of eateries nearby .

Rooms and house had lovely decor . There was a little sitting room too ( which we didn’t get time to use but could have). Parking for 5 or so cars. We paid to extend our parking over the day which was very much appreciated as we were at an event in town . B&B is very close to the town and also next to lovely Poole Park .

We had a brilliant overnight stay. Clear communication with easy to follow instructions! Lovely location right by the big park, not too far from town, very homely and comfortable would highly recommend, lovely staff convenient to be able to park, lovely extra touches with the communal lounge/ drinks station very much appreciated 😃

The bathroom was not on suite which wasn’t 100% ideal but unavoidable and not an issue at all ! More complimentary snacks with slight more variety would be nice but again fine the way it was tbh. Cleaners were a little loud calling to eachother up and down the hall especially in the morning when trying to sleep .

The room and all areas were beautifully decorated, so comfortable and clean with all the essentials ! Great coffee machine in additional area and lovely little clean bathroom.

This is a good location close to the town centre and has its own parking. It was very clean and well presented.

The room was very well furnished and cosy. The bed was really comfortable. The owners were very friendly. I got a really good sleep in that bed. Shower and toilet facilities very clean. The location was just very close to the town centre.

Incredibly clean, beautiful interior, free snacks and access to a hot drinks machine which makes the most delicious hot chocolate ever!! The staff chatted with me in the morning while I waited in the lounge. Really lovely people!

My only criticism was that my external private bathroom (as stated situated just across from my room) seemed to get used by other people in the B&B who had shared facilities. Maybe they didn’t realise or ignored the signs but this was a shame.

Really lovely B&B with nicely decorated rooms & spotlessly clean. I appreciated having access to a shared living room & little breakfast room also with complimentary snacks & all the tea/ coffee you could wish for! I paid for a private bathroom across the hall from my room which again was very clean & equipped with a good shower. Check in was smooth & accessed via instructions left. Location was close to train/ bus station & ideal for the theatre where I was working. Local amenities also on doorstep plus a lovely park area over the road.
