The size of the room was an absolute joke- you can't have rooms like this size for 2 people. Room is really outdated and in a poor state, but really clean.

The location is perfect, can't be any better. The pool was really good. Drinks and bar- great.

Missing a bedside table. Nowhere to put your specs, books etc.

We got a family room which actually consisted with two joint rooms which was great! Son loved the bunk beds. A cot was provided for the baby (for £10). Everything in the room was clean and practical. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Overall great!

My only negatives are that the pool wasn't available for use on our last morning at the hotel due to a chemical imbalance and I didn't think that carpet is a suitable flooring to have around a pool. It was always very damp underfoot and not very pleasant to walk on.

Breakfast was very good value. Generous portions and very tasty! Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is brilliant right by the beach.

The location is near Pentire and Fistral beach, which is beautiful. The staff are great, very friendly, polite, and helpful 👍 The bar is well stocked and the food varied and a good price.

Room a little dated and small, bed was a little soft and lumpy, bathroom dated and very basic. The hotel is quite a distance from the town and bus service to the town is every 1.5 hours. It’s dated in appearance and really could use a revamp.

Lovely food, nice staff friendly and helpful. Lovely indoor pool. Nice dining room and bar area. Adequate free parking.

For a dog friendly hotel it would be great to have poo bins outside the hotel, the closest at the moment is 5 min walk away. The staff in the Sixty restaurant are really rude and miserable so I would avoid there, definitely not good value for money. At breakfast, we understand we have to stay in the bar area with a dog, but remember we are there please, also shit the door leading to the pool, it's not great having the smell of chlorine, damp and sweat floating through when trying to eat.

The very creaky ceiling, we could hear the people above until the early hours. We didn't realise this is a dog friendly hotel. We like dogs, but there was one in the room opposite who barked everytime we came down the corridor and at 5am in the morning!

The welcome at reception, the free ample parking, the swimming pool and the amazing breakfast.

There wasn’t loads of parking - I could imagine it might be difficult in the summer.

It looked a little tired from the outside but was much nicer on the inside.the room wasn’t luxurious but was spotlessly clean and functional. The family room was actually two rooms joined together so suited us perfectly. The location was lovely: we took a nice stroll out to the headland after breakfast one morning; we took a half hour stroll along Fistral Beach to go to dinner one evening. We especially loved the pool, which was bigger than we’d expected, and the staff could not have been more friendly and accommodating.
