The bed was far too bouncy. Every time one of us turned over, the other felt like they were on a trampoline, it made it quite hard to sleep.

I couldn’t fit the kettle under the sink tap to fill it up , it did not fit . No biscuits! Also it’s a hotel so I thought there would be a bar open and I thought there would be breakfast, but there was none of this . Also the dates I booked the price was doubled so to have not a biscuit or bar or know optional breakfast makes me think I would most likely not stay here again.

The building is a bit dated with squeaky stairs, etc. The shower room drain was blocked.

The check-in was smooth, on-site parking is available for £10/24hr. The room was of a decent size, there was a desk and a chair. The bed was comfortable.

As I was travelling with my grandparents they really would have benefited from a lift being installed. It’s a shame that breakfast wasn’t available as there wasn’t many places close by to get food.

The property was clean and comfortable with a large car park. Fresh towels were provided. And we had refills of the tea and coffee stations when asked. The air conditioning in the family room was a great touch. Staff were welcoming.

We arrived before our check in time because it was pouring down and we were seeking shelter. There were no staff to open the door so we waited outside until another guest let us in. The room smelt a bit funny and thus isn’t the nicest hotel. But it was available and (somewhat) affordable last minute. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

That there was a fridge in the room. This was so helpful. And a microwave in the hallway. Although glad we weren’t in the room adjacent to it, that would be really annoying

When we stayed there was no food available and room was not cleaned. We knew this prior to arrival but would have loved these things to have been available.

Great access to beach. Room was what we needed - kids loved bunk beds.

The room was clean but I did find some long black hairs on the pillow, under the duvet and on the towels. There was also some dirt and sand in the shower.

The location was great, a 15-minute walk from the beach and town centre. The room was nice and worth the money. I would stay again.

There was a bunkbed (not used by us) which blocked our view of the TV as we tried to watch it in bed. It was a bit disconcerting that under the name of the hotel it offers funeral wakes.

Clean, large, had a fridge as well as kettle, the window opened. We just needed a bed for a couple of nights as visiting a family member. It was very close to all the lovely restaurants in the Old Christchurch Road. The bus we needed to get, to and from the station and to family member, was very close to the hotel.

Decor is a bit on the grubby side. There have clearly been attempts to renovate but the finish is not very polished. The bathroom was very strange with an long thin bathroom the loo was squished between the wall and shower screen. All a bit cramped. There was a fridge in the room which is great to see, it was a little noisy though.

Very friendly staff. Air conditioning in the room was excellent. The room was fairly well equipped. Reasonably priced.

Very clean nice staff but some of the guests was very noisy going on all night banging and shouting it was a shame as it was a very nice place with good parking

It would have been ideal if the car park charges mentioned before the booking, may be in the description. Realised that the customer needs to pay for the car park after the booking confirmation.
