Our room was clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the sea, at night we could see the pier lit up which was beautiful and in the morning we were treated to beautiful sunrises.

Nothing really! Only thing that could have improved our stay was to have an extension cord readily available in our room as plugs - and location near mirrors for hairdryer etc - was limited but i’m sure one could have been provided if we asked!

Spotlessly clean, fabulous proximity to the promenade and restaurants, lovely cooked breakfast with great produce and exceptionally warm and welcoming hosts

Wifi was quite weak up stairs on top floor in the room but that wasnt owners fault .

Owners was friendly and welcoming lovely service for breakfast answered any questions u had . . And rooms were so tidy and comfortable.

Very warm, friendly welcome. Nothing too much trouble. Clean and comfortable room and ensuite, nicely presented all round the accommodation, inc public spaces. Nice breakfast with a view of the sea. Would definitely stay there again.

Good location on the sea front so we had a brilliant view out to sea whilst we sat and had a delicious cooked breakfast. This place met our needs perfectly as it is close to cafe's, shops, restaurant's and the Venue. Room was cosy and came with crisp clean bed linen and white towels (lovely). Owners were very welcoming indeed and so kind and helpful which, made our stay a very pleasurable one.

We didn’t have a door handle on the exterior door to our room,not sure if this is due to fire exit,bathroom light was very dull and light on mirror/shaver wasn’t working

Nothing to dislike

Lovely Hotel situated centrally with all amenities close by. Very welcoming hosts, good sized clean room, really nice home cooked breakfast with a choice of produce. Hotel well organised, breakfast pre ordered and time allocation selected the night before which meant the dining room wasn’t busy at all even though the hotel was full. Would definitely recommend.

The sea view room was perfect. Was welcomed from the start. Breakfast was excellent 👌 We were given a parking permit which was a great help. Its convenient for the shops,restaurants and all amenities.

Fell in love with this amazing B&B! Gorgeous view from our massive and very clean room and from our breakfast table. Breakfast was really well planned out and tasted wonderful! Even had to ask were the sausages were from as they were amazing! The comfiest bed I have slept in on any holiday (notorious bad sleeper and I slept like a log!) Hosts and their staff were so friendly and helpful. Will hopefully be the first of many stays for us as we love Llandudno ❤️

The smell of drains on the first night, which David informed us only happened when the wind blew from the west! Although we had free wifi, lack of a mobile phone signal in the area meant we couldn't make calls, so difficult to make restaurant bookings (tho we were able to walk in and get early bookings).
