Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I didn’t like that we got a room on the ground floor and couldn’t open the window for some fresh air and didn’t have any air conditioning

The buses from the terminal didn't go to that hotel and the drivers were of no help. Ended up paying for a taxi. Cleaning needs improvement but it's cheap.
Good location. Comfortable enough for a single night

We booked a room with a double bed but they provided twin bed which was unsuitable for a couple. They must ensure to provide us a room with we had booked for.
The shower was very good. We didn’t have breakfast as our flight was early in the morning. Instead, the staff had packed a simple breakfast for us to carry which was, indeed, appreciable.

Excellent value for a Heathrow Airport hotel!! Very good location with a bus stop virtually outside the front door. Clean and tidy with a spacious room and great shower! The breakfast buffet was very good with plenty of selections hot and cold - would definitely stay again.

There were no heating facilities in the room so it was quite cold for the evening and during the night. Parking is really expensive at £16 per night. The shower didn't drain very well but it was a nice shower despite that.
Our room was compact, neat and tidy upon arrival despite a hair on the bathroom towel. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was tasty. Can't fault any of the staff. Really helpful and friendly.

The cleanliness was a bit below standard. I found curly hair in the bathroom, and the shower door had some blackened area around the corners.
I like that the price was cheap for a room with two beds, and the location was very convenient. They had airport shuttle services, and public transport seemed quite reliable too as I took the 7 bus at 5.55 am. It was on time.

You couldn’t open a window and no a/c it was really hot

No gym facility. Didn’t state anywhere that it wasn’t in use. Lots of flies on the breakfast on the muffins and croissants etc. cooked stuff was ok as it was covered.

Too crowded. Too many people milling about. Might book a more expensive hotel next time to avoid all the 'chavvy' foreigners.

No iron in room but there is an ironing room. The hotel was very busy with coach parties when we were there. Lots of kids running about

The breakfast was good but every day the same, some variety would be appreciated.
Very positively surprised by the hotel - very clean, very good condition of the room, the nicest staff. Located right next to a bus stop, there's a gas station across the road so when you need anything that the hotel might not have, you can get it with a quick trip.

Room was a bit dusty in places
Needed to borrow a wheelchair for my wife who had difficulty walking, guy at reception was really helpful as was a lady at breakfast organising a suitable table, pleasant staff all round

Parking. Being charged 16.00 for a parking space is seriously ridiculous, something needs to change. I paid the last time I stayed and that was 8.5 years ago. Why not buy the car park instead of charging guests ridiculous fees. Also the rooms could do with some remodeling, like have usb charge points in the room, and maybe a desk that could be a portable workstation.

Water was cold at 4 am. A cold shower and shave wakes you up, but not my preferred way to start the day. I'm sure it is not always like that.
