There wasn't anything. It was perfect.

The location couldn't be better for a preflight stay. Our family dropped us off, and reception allowed us to register their car registration, so there was no charge. The room was lovely. We had a runway view, which was really nice. The bed was super comfy, and the bathroom was excellent. We had cocktails in the bar before our dinner. Both were superb in every aspect. The service, the food and drinks, and the prices. After an early night and an early start, we walked along the skywalk to terminal 2 in less than 10 minutes. It couldn't have been a better start to our trip. Thank you.

The parking experience could be improved. i had to the drop off the family, park and then go and check in. There was concern that whilst waiting to check in, the car could be clamped for not having a valid ticket. Even though at check in a one hour complimentary stay was provided, which was appreciated and welcomed, there should be some provision made for arriving guests to be able to do a drop off, park and check in for a reasonable period without the concern about being clamped.

Service was good. The restaurant was also very good with good quality food and service. The room was a good size and comfortable.

Location is perfect for a stay before/after travelling through Manchester Airport. Breakfast was great. Supreme room with runway view was so good.

We always stay here before we travel and always receive the same excellent standard of service. The rooms are always to a high standard, clean excellent facilities. We also love the restaurant and bar. Food is amazing and the service is excellent

Beautiful hotel with a luxurious feel/decor, amazing location with walkway to terminals, view of the runway which was amazing, comfy beds, large room, staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. Parking available on site and off site which can be used for the duration of your holiday (Pay at reception) Perfect start to a holiday, will definitely be returning and recommending to everyone.

The choice of food on the bar menu was expensive and a little limited. The fridge in our room wasn’t working so we couldn’t keep anything cold in there. I have stayed at this hotel before and have mentioned this before and will mention again as it was exactly the same situation, when you come out of the hotel early morning there are people sleeping rough literally just a few meters from the hotels entrance in the sky link and hall areas. As a female (who at times travels alone) and often gets flights where I have to check in at terminal for 4am-ish, this doesn’t always make me feel massively safe, especially if I am approached for money. Access to the airport needs to be reconsidered for security purposes.

Very clean, staff friendly and hotel very close to terminals for travel in early flight. Great TV in room and good shower, plenty of towels and toiletries.
