We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United KingdomDifficult to control the temperature of the room as it was controlled by an air conditioning unit which kept turning itself off (got a bit warm at night). No view from window.
Great location right next to Richmond park. Spa was a definite bonus. Room was cosy and bed was very comfy. Staff were cheerful and helpful. Had dinner in the restaurant when we arrived on Friday night and food was very nice.

Lovely hotel! The spa was such an added bonus, especially the outdoor bit. It was really quiet too. The rooms had lovely touches. Everything was spotless. A really great stay.

United KingdomStaff were not very pleasant, room didn’t come with enough towels (1 Adult), no robes and slippers and when requesting, the staff couldn’t help and made us go to the spa to ask for them. Air conditioning was not usable and had to be requested with reception. Room service forgot my drink and was a while to come. Also charged for a service charge despite them adding a £5 extra charge for room service too. Menu could be improved at restaurant to include bar snacks, and more options to justify amount.

United KingdomWe had our room upgraded but it was smaller than previous rooms we’ve stayed in there and very dark. We would have stayed on the Saturday too but the room price was hiked from £159 to £339-and we needed 2 rooms so unfortunately well beyond our budget.
Love the ambiance of the hotel. The spa is amazing and thoroughly enjoy after a long drive down.

United KingdomIt's the second time I've stayed here and both times there have been issues with the spa - this time there was a chlorine problem so the pool was closed for about 5 hours in the morning - this was disappointing as I mainly chose the hotel for the pool. Staff were not very helpful and couldn't say when it would re-open. The room I was given, considering the cost, was also a bit disappointing with no view - the small window backed onto an internal corridor.
Second time I've stayed here - I love the vibe and feel of the hotel - it's modern, clean, stylish, and I love the spa area, it was nice and quiet in the evening. The restaurant/bar is also really nice with delicious food and cocktails.

United Kingdom12.5% optional service charge on overpriced average breakfast. I don’t expect to pay service on breakfast when I’m paying to stay overnight! Likewise parking charges when the hotel next door has free parking.

United KingdomBathroom was boiling hot all through the stay, despite the window being open and none of the radiators being on. Extractor fan in the bathroom was coated in dust and really dirty. When we had breakfast, we ordered poached eggs and when they came, we had fried eggs. When I told the server this issue, she looked angry that I had even mentioned it and reluctantly took the breakfast back to the kitchen.
Good location to explore Richmond and Richmond Park. Close to Kew Gardens and Twickenham. Check in staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and spa facilities were good.
