The location has no match ! Amazing ! Clean flat .. Communication with the landlord was quick and responsive . The door to the balcony was a defect not closing tight. One neighbor left his garbage bag in the corridor for the whole stay we had of 4 days and it smells the whole time although we had reported it. The close neighbor was playing his stereo with annoying Base , we had trouble sleeping last night of our stay .. the matress of the bed is too soft and the pillows are very consumed and need to be changed. the vacume smelled really bad when used.

Facilities wear good and a little spruce up of the curtains would do it wonders.

Location was great and a good space for a family. Good to have separate bedrooms and bathrooms and walking distance to everything. The view was excellent!

Instructions not clear about shared lock box or how to operate heating. Some rubbish left from last person and dishwasher full. Not the cleanest and looking tired and in need of decoration.

Location and views excellent, overlooking Clyde River and right next to st. Enoch centre and shopping. Lift very handing with parking. Would come again.

No good guide on using the washer-dryer machine. The manager also wasn’t able to answer my questions about it. Some of the radiator/heat units were not responsive to opening the valves. But the manager dropped off 3 portable heat units. 😊 the key to the door did not work however we were able to use the number code she gave us to open the door to apartment. The shower stall in the en-suite bathroom had no handle nor gripper mat on the floor. I was afraid I’d slip. Toilet positioned too tightly in the space—my knees nearly hit the wall facing the toilet. Double bed mattress needs to be replaced.

Good security. It had 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen. Good response from manager regarding questions. Very nice view to Clyde River.

We had several minor problems that we had to clarify with the manager. A minor leak in the hall bathroom sink, the shower attachment in the HB was broken, and it was impossible to turn on the heat to the apt as well as the towel warmer. Linzi was most helpful in responding to our requests for help.

Location was exceptional! The views were wonderful and access in/out was easy. Linzi (sp?) was great in getting heaters for us, and explaining the workings of the apartment.

Location perfect, great sitting on the balcony with tea and cakes with a view over the ever clyde. Very convenient for the station plus shops etc. Would visit again.

The TV does not work very well and is not a smart TV. The Living room could be more comfortable.

Dog friendly. Free Parking. The landlord allowed us to park for a few more hours after check out. Location close to merchant city. Nice balcony with views to the river and the bridge.

Walls and ceiling were a bit thin. There was noise from upper and next-door apartments during the day so it would be difficult to take a nap. Nights were ok. Nit picking: There was a drip coffee machine but no filters. It is difficult to find filters in Glasgow. Apparently not to many use drip coffee makers.

location is great for walking to many areas, or to the two train stations, or the subway. View over Clyde river all the way to mountains is great. Nice space for four with three bedrooms. (would be tight with more) Close by restaurants, coffee shops, and store for groceries.

The location was absolutely the best. A view of the river, and so close to the city centre, shops and transport. This also made it a quiet location. Checking in was facilitated by phone as our train arrival was delayed. The contact person was very helpful with this and supplying a second set of keys.

There really wasn't anything I didn't like to be honest.

This was a great apartment for 3 of us. Right in the middle of Glasgow, you couldn't get closer to all amenities, and the view was unbelievable over the River Clyde and the East of the city. We had a car, and we were met and directed into the secure parking before being shown around the building. I will absolutely return to this apartment in the future if it is available.
