We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomFood wasn't great quality, Very noisy room as was adjacent to fire exit door which despite signs saying do not use except in emergency,were in use all night by inconsiderate people wishing to smoke or take dogs out. Suggest these doors are alarmed like in other hotels. Would definitely ask for a room away from a fire exit if I stay again.

United KingdomDistance between bedroom and meal hall was a 10 minute walk including a cold plastic tunnel. Not an idea for disabled people like us. Had to stop half way each time. Tunnel is a horrible idea. This hotel is not for disabled people.
