Lovely hotel beautiful decorative order friendly staff who made us feel very welcome

Quite a steep but short walk from their car park to the front door and steps up leading to the door. Not ideal for elderly who are not steady on their feet or disabled folks. It’s part of the character of the house.

So clean everywhere looked like the whole place had just had a spring clean! Lovely attention to detail from the beautiful china cups and golden teaspoons on the will appointed tea/coffee tray in our room to the gorgeous bathroom products. Wonderful comfy bed with super white clean sheets. The breakfast was perfect, just the right amount and well cooked. Staff were super friendly and made us very welcome. There’s a lovely small lounge with a bar and TV which is very comfortable and well appointed. The hotel architecture is Beautiful inside. All round a spectacular stay and would highly recommend. Also not to far to walk to the quayside and the shops.

I would have loved to have been able to go out on to the balcony.

Limited parking and lots of stairs

On a hill. Lots of stairs to second floor so not ideal for those with limited mobility. Easier access to first floor rooms at the top of a grand staircase. Parking available but not a lot of room to manouevre.

Exceptional breakfast, good selection and well cooked, probably the best breakfast you could have. Staff very attentive and friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Rooms very clean and well furnished. Would highly recommend. Lovely old building with original features.liked the China cups and saucers with little gold spoons in the room!! Nice touch.

There was a musty odor in the bathroom. Note that the parking is on a steep hill so it proved to be a bit of a challenge for us Americans.

Beautiful quaint building. Loved all of the hanging baskets. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Breakfast was wonderful. Great location.

We liked everything about the Robin Hill Hotel.

Our stay at the Robin Hill hotel was very relaxing. The breakfasts were varied and delicious and cooked fresh to order . Our friendly hosts were very helpful with local knowledge and ideas of where to go sightseeing .

Room was very small but ok for a one night stay. Would have preferred larger tea cups! Bed was a bit too hard for my liking.

Host was very friendly and helpful. Convenient for Torquay centre. Hotel was quaint and unusual , clean. Room was fairly well equipped. Breakfast was excellent.
