Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I stayed for 4 nights in the loft apartments - very comfortable stay. The bathroom was superb with a nice touch of having a TV in the bath.

United KingdomJust very small points, none of which spoiled my stay. The bathroom is great, but I am not a fan of shower curtains, full glass doors would have made it look much more stylish and also the toilet seat was quite "wobbly". There is a very small but bright blue light located just above the skirting board near the bathroom. At night this light is reflected back off the mirror. I really could not work out how to turn this off, in the end I had to move the pedal bin across to try and stop it shining onto the mirror. I assume it is some type of "safety guide light" for the bathroom. I was unable to open any windows for fresh air, all the windows seem to be secondary double glazing types. These are the only reasons why I have deducted a point from my score.
I have stayed here previously. A very large and comfortable room, corner position, so windows on both sides (room 204). Plenty of space and ample room for hanging clothes etc. Well equipped kitchen although I never used the stove or microwave. Breakfast was adequate for my requirements, plenty of coffee/tea and croissants. A few days prior to arrival I managed to get this room, better than my original booking, and cost less! The hotel It is in a great location, very close to Chinatown, albeit at a very busy road junction with lots of traffic but, that said, I could not hear much noise. I will certainly stay here again in the future.

This hotel is very cool! So, my man and me booked a Loft apartment for valentine's day. We had excellent correspondence with the team, as when we asked for a room with a bath, they replied with of course you can. That's brilliant service. Unfortunately we couldn't stay on valentine's day due to maintenance issues, but we were offered alternative accommodation. We decided to not go to the alternative place. But, the manager has given us a complementary stay in one of the loft apartments with early check in and late check out. That is great customer service! We can't wait to stay now 😊
