Bathroom needs updating - a separate shower would have been better. Room basically decorated.

Perhaps the toilet need to add with a separator of shower .. because after shower the whole floor of toilet is wet and full of water sprayed

The coffee was OK but could be much better...I believe a serve yourself machine in the dining room would offer better choice and are fairly common in other hotels these days.

Breakfast was served promptly and was very good, the staff were courteous and efficient.

Parking was a small problem . On site parking yes but very tight spaces and no disabled . There was on road parking but it was a lottery . Lucky I had a blue badge .

The building is looking tired however the staff more than made up for this . They were helpful friendly a d nothing was too much trouble for them .

Very dusty, lampshades on the wall and under the TV. TV controller very grimy. Unfortunately, it was very windy which caused the window to rattle all night.

Room too hot !

Fantastic location Super friendly Staff Only fault is we couldn’t open the windows and room was rather hot. Apart from that, fantastic Recommended Thanks Roger/ Maxine and Foxy dog.

Awkward to get in and out of the car park, as cars park opposite, so it is very tight.

Very Good breakfast, everything you could want. Very friendly helpful staff. They allowed us to check in 2 hours earlier, as we had a funeral to attend. Different teas and coffee available in the room

Tv located elsewhere. Perhaps the owners may consider the tv on a wheeled stand.

Rooms were budget rooms and to be honest they far exceeded our expectations. Nice comfy bed and pillows . Nicely fitted out with furnishings and clean and tidy. Only drawback was the tv on the wall was adjacent to the bed which meant turning sideways to watch. But that would not be a negative and only an observation as the room was really nice and peaceful.

We felt rushed at breakfast, our order was taken for our cooked food, but we did not have much of a chance to get the Continental . I choose a yoghurt but had to leave it as our breakfast came out. We sat on a table of four and one toast rack was put on table which held three slices of toast. We did ask for more and it came. Our Table was being cleared while someone was still eating. Maybe these issues could be addressed. Cooked Breakfast was excellent.

Our Stay was very good. But not happy with the parking. But that would not stop us visiting again. Overall it was a good stay.

Slight confusion when I was woken by room service at 9:20 on the Sunday as they were told my room had been vacated, apparently. To which I responded with no, I have until 11am to check out. But I decided to leave a little earlier as I was up anyway...otherwise all good. Just a little misunderstanding.

Perfect location, friendly staff. The room was an excellent size, clean with a nice decor. I'd definitely stay again.

The room was tired and needed refurbishing, furniture was old and chipped. The bathroom gave us the option of either boiling water or cold water and it was hard to get something in the middle for a comfortable shower. The bed was very uncomfortable.

the view from our room was beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fresh and nicely served. Comfortable bar. In a good location for town and beach.

The bathroom needed a deep clean, likewise the kettle. The bed was a bit lumpy. All in need of a little TLC. Not the hotel's fault, but there were older men staying in adjacent rooms and they were all up and back and forth to each other's rooms at 6.30am.

All the staff were wonderful and I was able to check in early. The room was quite large and nicely decorated. The breakfast was great. The location was excellent and I was lucky to get an excellent value for money deal on the booking.

Parking at hotel was full, street parking outside ok some days, others was not available. Noisy guests above my room made early sleeps impossible. Not a dislike, but decor and toilet fixtures are a bit dated, and may bother some. I didn't, everything worked and was really clean ;) Restaurant was not available at night (but seemed available for a tour group) so needed planning in advance, specially if travelling alone for business.

Location is great, staff very nice and friendly, all amenities in the room, great toiletries, sea view, the super breakfast choices, delicious coffee.
