I know breakfast is complimentary but it could have been warmer

Breakfast was good, wld have liked it a bit warmer though, the hotels location is very central to all transport links, bus stops outside hotel and across the road also only 10min walk to Victoria Station which was excellent.staff also very pleasant and helpful.

Breakfast was basic although no complaint as it was free. Hotel was clean in all areas. During check in we had to give a cash deposit payment, was told this was to cover us against damages,in my opinion we should have been made aware of this during booking and not at check in. All in all I would recommend

The single room, though on the small side, was comfortable and clean. Staff were more professional, yet a tad stand-offish. The location is perfect in a quiet area with tube nearby.

Our room was not at the main hotel location and 2 blocks away. It was also on the 4th floor and given that we were international travelers our room was up 70+ steps and no elevator. That was quite an effort to carry 20 odd kilo of luggage each. Something to consider when booking the apartment that is offsite from the hotel. We also stayed 3 nights and our room didnt get attended so only enough tea and coffee for one night. May need to enquire about that

the room was all that we needed. the keyless locks were the best. it was also in a good neighborhood close to everything.

There were some little things. There were no bed side lamps. It was either all light on or none. There was a very complete kitchen but there was no sink plug or tea towel. I am glad I had a little travel towel that worked well. The pillows in our first room were fine. The pillows in our second room were flat and hard,

The location was very good and for the most part is was a comfortable and practical room. We had a problem with the washer and the hotel was very quick to respond to our needs, They switched us to a different room on a lower floor which was great for us. I loved the big windows that opened. The area was lovely, a public park nearby and a close wall to the river. Very convenient to public transportation. There are several restaurants nearby and a wine store and a small grocery store.

It was difficult to shower in the shower stall due to the overhead, fixed shower head. An adjustable shower head mounted on the wall would be much easier to manage. The bath towel was on the small side but was fresh and clean nonetheless. There was no hand soap out in the bathroom but I was able to use the complimentary shower gel instead.

My room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. The extractor fan in the bathroom worked very well. I was also able to open the window in my room, which was useful. The complimentary breakfast was a lovely addition to my stay. Service during breakfast was quick and efficient. The hotel was an easy walk from the closest underground station. The night reception staff member was very helpful when I needed ice for an injury I sustained to my hand before I arrived back at the hotel.

The only let down / disappointment was the breakfast served.

Great location with easy access to everywhere! Staff were lovely and very accommodating. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Coffee shop / area in the reception was great.

In a quiet street but only 10 mins walk to the hustle & bustle of the City.

Great position for visiting with a bus stop right outside, number 24 bus took us to Victoria, saw Great places on the bus route & only cost £1.75 per trip.

Breakfast was quite poor, the bread was already toasted so you ate it cold, there was no yogurth, no ham, no cheese, the scramble eggs had basically no egg inside. I would have expected that you could have something different maybe at extra cost

We were 3 female colleagues travelling for work, we chose this hotel as it was offering a triple room of good size, which we prefer rather than 3 tiny singles, which is what you get at London hotels in this price range. the hotel is recently refurbished, clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, they offered to keep our luggage for the whole day and the procedure was very quick. The location is great, 10 min. walk from Victoria and the bus stop N° 24 is just in front of the hotel, it is a frequent service and it brings you to all major tourist locations in London

I only wish bed was bit bigger ☺️travelled with my daughter, we barely fit into a bed. And sleeping under one blanket was bit challenging too.

Upon arrival ( i came pretty late around 1am) one of the receptionists who did not process my check in was sarcastic and gave snide comments

While our stay at the hotel was mostly enjoyable, there was one aspect that fell short of expectations: the breakfast. Unfortunately, it was quite lacking and very basic in offerings. For a hotel of this caliber, I had hoped for a more satisfying and varied breakfast selection. This was the only downside to an otherwise pleasant experience.

This was our second stay at this hotel. The location couldn't have been better; it was convenient for exploring the city. The reception staff were not only kind but incredibly helpful. Additionally, the daily room cleaning service ensured a consistently comfortable and tidy environment.
