The locks and handles worked easily sometimes and other times it was hard work.

Nothing was too much trouble, owner was informative and helpful, but not over attentive, just right, gave you space and privacy, the building inside and out is beautiful, our room had a lovely view of the garden and Bath, very clean considering an old building. Lovely garden view in breakfast room, we could see chef cooking our breakfast, very novel. Excellent close to town, but enough distance away to be quieter, lovely park opposite.

Excellent accommodation very close to city centre. The building is very historic and is like being in a period drama! Kuba and Ola are excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome from the minute we arrived. They provided us with a lovely breakfast each day, looking out over the garden and also gave us a few tips on what to do and see in Bath. Thank you!

A sink tap was loose, but I am sure this will be fixed before the next visitor. Though the bed was joined together to make a double the duvets were two singles, whereas one double would have been better.

It is a grand, beautiful building, with lots of Georgian features and furniture to match. Quite an experience in itself. The hosts, Kuba and Ola, were absolutely brilliant. The breakfast was top-notch. Despite the age of this listed building, our room had an really good, powerful shower.

An absolutely brilliant location for exploring Bath. The car not required as everything within walking distance. Our hosts could not have been more helpful and attentive. Highly recommended.

One oddity was that you couldn't lock the bedroom door from the outside......apparently because the house is old and they can't get a key to fit?.......I felt that I had to take anything of value out with me or lock it in the car. You can lock the door from the inside though which was a relief at nightime.

The house was stunning in a row of lovely Regency townhouses. The view from our room was of the garden, a church and the town in the distance...very peaceful. The breakfast was lovely. Our room was huge and very tastefully decorated. You have the use of the very beautiful sitting room too, which is more like a ballroom. The location was fantastic, just a short (very nice) walk down the road from Pulteney Bridge and the town centre. Ola and Kuba the hosts were lovely and friendly and very helpful.

The house is close to a railway line, we could hear loud trains running at night and early in the morning. Although of the period, the furniture in the grand reception room wasn't the most comfortable.

Ola was an amazing hostess - so helpful, accommodating, welcoming, friendly, and full of good advice. Lovely to stay in a grand, characterful Georgian house in Bath. Great location, good breakfast.

Really nice place.... Great location to walk into town centre. House very interesting. Nice breakfast. The "staff" (i think also owners) were very welcoming, helpful and friendly..... Fully recommend (although probably not for people that cannot deal with flights of steps)......

This was the second time we've stayed here and we'd definitely stay again. Such a lovely place and the rooms are so characterful and comfortable. The house itself is amazing. Our cooked breakfast was great and the staff are so friendly and helpful. We love this place!!

Exceptional weather with hottest bedroom in property should invest in a Dyson air cooler. Open windows not enough and seagulls at 5.30am.

Beautiful location and very clean and comfortable room. Kuba and his wife are perfect hosts, they made everything to make our stay as perfect as it could be. They even accommodated our son (not a guest of the B&B) for breakfast at very last minute notice, and they didn’t won’t us to pay any extra!
