Smelt a bit funny on arrival. But openedc window and bought some air spray. Was a bit annoyed at when I mentioned jt to receptionist the reply was "I inspected the room before I arrived and their was no smell". That was not tge answer I expected, anyway no harm done.

Could do with a eating area instead of a dressing table. Slightly larger kitchen units with electric 'camping' hob. Hooks in bathroom for towels.

However, the walls is a bit thin and you could hear ppl from outside. The TV channels were something i dont enjoy and the microwave is a bit hard to use.

Its a good value, paid one person room for £69. The area is roughly 7 mins to paddington station. They allow me to check in early which is very convenient and allow storing luggage there and staffs are really nice, asked me how was my stay here.

My room backed on to the reception area so it didn't feel very private

The only downside was we were on the third floor and there was no lift, the bathroom sink kept blocking up with water, took a while to drain and the sofa bed had no pillows or blankets. Apart from this I still would recommend these apartments.

It was in a great location very good value for money.

The location was really great, the room was small but cozy and the receptionist was also very helpful and kind. We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this hotel.

A few slight niggles but nothing major. In the room I was in there was the sound of running water constantly like someone was having a shower which unfortunately kept me awake. Also it was way too hot in the room, I tried to turn the radiator down but it didn’t seem to make a difference so woke up with a headache. Couple of observations, floor could have been cleaner & noticed what looked like blood spatters on the bed base. Cupboard door needs fixing in the kitchen.

Great location, close to Paddington but also walking distance to Oxford Street, Hyde Park etc. Modern, really spacious room with good facilities. Bedding fresh & clean. Request was granted for a ground floor room as there is no elevator. Staff were friendly & helpful.

The bathroom is small - yet it is modern. The apartment was too hot on arrival, I needed 2 days to get it to my temperature as I didn't dare to open the Victorian-old windows. The good news is that the central heating has enough capacity to heat such a large room with high ceilings. I stayed on the ground floor, yet if you stay up, you need to carry your luggage 🧳 by stairs. It has two large windows, with curtains, of course - yet do bring eye shades and earplugs to sleep.

The location is great. Nearby Hyde Park and metro and busses stations. There is a fancy hotel across the street, where taxis are often parked. The kitchnette facilities are compact - yet the room is huge for London standards with high ceilings. I stayed in a corner room with too large windows - so enough natural light. Modern bathroom. Convenience store and restaurant/café around the corner, where you can have breakfast or else. I stayed at the ground floor so no carrying luggage up the stars was needed! Few stops away from Nottingham Hill/Portobello Road/cinema house. Would love to come back!

They had no bathroom and they didn’t let us use the one in our room (we had already checked out but the room had not been cleaned yet).

Very near to lancaster gate, a subway stop on the red line which is very useful. Room was comfortable and quite big (comparing to London’s standards), with a small fridge and a desk. Bathroom was a bit claustrophobic (almost no space between the shower and the toilet), very small sink. Overall quite clean, bed was made everyday aand a the big window on the street canceled out the noises from the outside quite well. They kept our luggages for free after we checked out and before we could check in (the room wasn’t ready yet).

Comfortable, self-contained mini-studio, very close to Paddington. Just be sure you are not on the ground floor. I was right across from Reception and it was quite noisy and didn’t feel private.

Very cheap, very convenient and check in wasn't a problem. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed, with good bathroom facilities and a kitchenette. There were no issues and this met expectations.

The bathroom light is on a sensor so came on every time you moved! But then switched off while i was showering! Self catering i know but one coffee & one tea is alittle on the skimpy side plus only one sashes of milk

Big appartement near Hyde Park and Paddington Station, perfect when travelling with kids. Very close to King’s Cross (15 min by transports) The bed was big and cosy.

All floors are hard floors (no carpet) meaning there was quite a bit of noise from rooms above (from people just walking about). Although thankfully it went quiet by 10pm
