    Good but some improvement needed

The room wasn’t totally clean, just clean but not deep cleaned. Definitely improving in the cleaning to do. The beds were kind of hard but okay for two nights. The bathroom needs maintenance since the sink wasn’t working properly.

it was a really good location, beautiful and safe neighborhood. The room was quite big and modern. The kitchen with a refrigerator was a plus.

There was no really hot water in the shower. It was not really a flat but a room cramped with all the parts of a kitchen

The flat had everything and the location was great

    • Triple Split - Level Studio
    • Stayed 6 nights

I booked the 'Triple Split - Level Studio' room. based on the images on the website-I believed that I would have more space to operate in and thus better value for money, unfortunately I was not given the same room as the pictures (only realised this after leaving). The 'upper' sleeping area ceiling was so low that you had to crouch when reaching the top of the stairs and then have to slide into the bed for fear of scraping your head, when in the bed you could literally reach up and place your palm on the ceiling. suffice to say it was extremely uncomfortable getting up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom all the way below.

Excellent location, staff were wonderful and solved every issue that came up promptly, I would stay here again but not book the same room I stayed in last time.

We could hear the TV from the room next to us as if they were watching TV in our room.

We stayed in an studio apartment and we were very satisfied. The receptionist was kind and forthcoming. We could also check-in before time and leave our bags after checking out which was very useful. Lots of restaurants, cafes, shops around but about a 15-20 minute walk to the city centre. There is a tube station nearby and there are good bus connections though. (little piece of advice: buses are much cheaper and actually quite convenient too)

We would have preferred a separation between the shower, the wash basin and toilet. Furthermore, there was not enough cutlery and the lighting could have been a bit better but otherwise no complaints.

We very much appreciated the location - close to shops, restaurants and naturally the tube.

The room was really very small and no cleaning during 10 days stay (we should probably ask for that)

The location is very good, near the Paddington station and with 3 metro lines in 10 min walk. The room has all needed for a relatively long stay: a small kitchen, washing machine, dryer, iron etc

The shower could do with a little more power or you need to use less soap in your hair. But was all clean and modern.

Really helpful staff, they allowed early check in and for us to leave our bags on the last day, so we could be baggage free, which was great. We had a premium room which gave us more space. The property was very quiet, no noise from the other guests or the lift (which our room was right next door to).

The house from the street - the windows are not sound proof... The showerhead needs a descale, and the shower door handle was a bit broken. Not a deal breaker and certainly good value for money, given the location and the amount of space one gets.

Location is very convenient - lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Spacious apartment with a modern look.

The bed was on a mezzanine floor with pretty steep stairs and very little headroom. You are close to the ceiling so movement in the apartment above feels and sounds very close. Although tube stations are reasonably nearby they are not the most connected to the network so Google maps advised us to take a bus from near Piccadilly Circus and it took us over an hour!

The room was clean and packed a lot into a pretty small space, although we didn't make full use of the fridge and kitchen facilities. It was near to bus routes and shops/cafes etc. and fairly near to a few tube stations. There are squares opposite, just down the road and round the corner but they are all for residents with keys only.

    Pleasent stay

When I arrived there was a very, very strong lemon smell in the room which I suppose it was from a product cleaning. It's just me, I suppose, since I'm very sensitive to smells. Nothing an open window during the day didn't fix, but I had to leave it open for an entire day. The shower needed more water pressure, but I made it work, but I spend to times more water than I normally would. The temperature was great.

It was comfortable in comparison to other places that offer similar service. The 7-day stay is without cleaning or changing the sheets (which I was informed previously and did not mind). They don't have breakfast. My room was quiet. There was no street noise or from neighbours. The heating work perfectly since it was January and was needed. The nearest tube station is Bayswater. Be aware if you have heavy luggage, there are no lifts or escalators from the platform to the exit. Work of arms only. It's 5 minutos walking from the tube. There was a Waitrose for grocery shopping nearby.

Just an idea to make it perfect: It would be nice to have dishwasher tabs, and necessities like salt and oil in the kitchen.

Very clean, cosy, and well situated - close to restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and different tube stations, but still super quiet. The owners and staff are very kind. Umbrellas are offered at the reception- very useful :)

The only downside was that the shower door is obstructed by the sink so only opens 1/3 of the way. A bifold door would work much better.

The room we had was more tired than the photos and need a good deep clean as the cleanliness was quite superficial. For example, very dusty on skirting boards and in the nooks of the shower areas.

Good location for access to the main attractions. Cooking facilities and equipment good for a short stay (although we didn’t really use them).

It was a bit tired (chipped furniture, bit of mould/rust in the bathroom) But it was clean and clean towels were provided The bed wasn't particularly comfortable and let the stay down a little. A good quality mattress topper would fix this issue. The pictures suggested a balcony with chairs etc and a great view. Our room didn't have this and it overlooked the buildings across the way not the park.

The location was great. 7 minute walk from bayswater tube (district and circle) or about 10 minute walk from royal oak (Hammersmith and city) we spent the weekend in London and luckily we found a local car park spot in a hotel 5 mins away we could rent for the weekend for a good price. It had everything we needed, little kitchenette including fridge, kettle, sink, basic utensils and crockery etc. In the wardrobe it has a safe, ironing board and iron, dustpan and brush etc. It had adjustable radiators which were quick to adjust so could be at the temperature you wanted. It felt safe!! You had to be buzzed into the building on arrival and then the security staff gave us our key which then allowed us to enter the building and access our room.
