As a vegetarian was disappointed there wasn't an alternative meat option given the availability of these items, yet meat eaters offered bacon and or sausages. Car access is extremely tight with posts on the roads making larger cars impossible to naviate around.

Lovely hotel, room spacious and well equipped along with being clean. Lots of tea, coffee and uht milk pots and a bottle of water, always well received after a long drive.

All lower level for disabled person. Shower lovely size. Milk and water kept in mini fridge lovely touch! Breakfast was great. Nice and hot and plenty of choice.

Getting into the car park was one of the most stressful things I've done! Despite the warnings and the video kindly sent by the staff, it did not prepare me for exactly how tight the entrance is.

My room was immaculate, the bed really comfy. Thd mini fridge in my room was a welcome touch as were the toiletries in the bathroom. The breakfast selection was fantastic and easily accessible to give a relaxed feel. The cooked breakfast was delicious.

The weather! Also Carmarthen is not imo the most interesting of towns but that’s a personal evaluation and your tastes may differ, and it’s nothing to do with the hotel. Assuming you have a car there are plenty of other places nearby enough. No complaints.

Breakfast was very good. The room we had (#25, 2 br) was comfortable, spacious, clean and well appointed. Bathroom good. The bedrooms were very quiet most of the night, in the morning you can hear people moving around upstairs but whether that’s an issue depends on how late you sleep, how late they sleep etc; not a problem for me in this case. Parking is tight to get in but this is well noted on the site description and well explained what you need to do. Deserves its high review rating.

Only had 1 pillow and couldn't find any extra in the cupboards. Car Park has a narrow entrance, but the hotel makes you very aware of this issue, but it still makes you anxious driving in. Toast came out very early in relation to the rest of your cooked breakfast.. I like my toast hot with my breakfast, that's just my preference though.

Room was beautiful, very modern and very luxurious, with a mini fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board. location is perfect. Breakfast was nice.

Location !! Staff made you feel really welcome. Expecting just a room in a hotel but we had a lounge too which was spacious . Home from home. Breakfast was very good Will definitely stay again. A visit to the lyric theatre is highly recommended

The entrance to the car park at the rear of the hotel is very narrow so make sure your car is level with the opening

Absolutely nothing now I've mastered the narrow entrance to the car park 👌

From the moment you arrive they make you feel special, helping me to hook up my hybrid car properly. The staff are always very polite and friendly and the breakfast is the best I've had anywhere, and i travel every week.

The car park entrance is a little tight! Although the YouTube video helps a lot and it is all very easily explained. I wouldn't take anything bigger than a medium sized car though.

The whole expereince was wonderful, from front of house greeting, to the service and all the little details taken care of. We will defintely come back!

Had a lovely short stay - staff were friendly, room was very comfortable, great location in town. I was worried that the noise from the pub outside our window would keep us up, but we couldn't hear it. Breakfast was tasty too :)
