Shame the WiFi didn't reach the whole park, it would've have been useful when planning our days out.

Directions could be improved post code and booking.com directions take you to a field other end village. Window in bathroom needs fixing.

The sofas were quite uncomfortable. Our parking was on a slope on gravel so some people might of struggled to pull away. We went out of season so not much to do for older children.

Great to have a hot tub that had been cleaned before we got there. Friendly staff on hand throughout the day, very peaceful location and not a million miles away from main places. Accommodation was very basic but clean throughout and had comfortable beds. Local shop down the road is quite expensive but has everything you could need. The local pub were very friendly and served lovely food too. Just opposite guest services they had a laundry room so we ended up washing and drying all clothes and spare towels we had brought with us before coming home which was very handy for the wet sandy week we had.

The laundry room, where I needed to use the dryer was pretty rundown, however it was the off-season, so it will probably be tidied up soon. The bathrooms in the cabin are quite tight, which didn't bother us, but if you are on the larger side, you'd be uncomfortable.

Very nice new and spacious cabin. Fully self-contained so we were able to save money by cooking and washing in the cabin.

The sofa bed to sit on is very uncomfortable. No wifi on site. Asked how to get on and what I was told to connect to didn’t work. Thought main bins could have been more. As in, a lot of sites have a few areas for bins After paying £45!! for each dog (large dogs at that) I would have thought that leaving a welcome box would have been for both dogs, also, more appropriate to the dogs size. Packs were not suitable for proper dogs just lap dogs.

I liked the quietness of the site. The staff, Nicole, was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The 2 seater sofa was lovely and comfortable.

Inside caravan had few stains on the sofa and had a strong smell of curry when arrived and stayed until we left also has no club house or something for older children to keep them busy

We had to go to the shop to buy washing up liquid, sponges to clean, cleaning products for the kitchen sides, toiletries (although it advertises they are free!?), hand soap and a tea towel. I would have thought those sort of things would have been provided. We also didnt have any WiFi at all (no option for it) and our phone signal was non existent.

The weather was very warm during our stay and we were disappointed that there was no air conditioning or even ceiling fans to help cool the rooms at night.

Bathroom door knob broken. Sliding doors very heavy and stiff and very awkward to use. Extractor fan broken. Encouragement to recycle but no recycle bin in caravan and no info where to find one outside.
