The seagulls 😂 but honestly they even provide ear plugs so you can't complain

We've just got back from a 2 night stay at Ian and Mo's guest house. We attended the freestyle dance competition at the Bridlington Spa and Ian gave us easy to follow directions as well as where to go for food and the arcades. Ian sorted out our parking permits which is massive stress taken away as it is permit only. Even after we had checked out he also kindly extended our permits so we could leave our car whilst we were at the competition. The breakfast is the best by far. The rooms are clean and drinks making facilities always available. Ian and Mo were always up for chat as well as wanting updates on my daughter's progress on the competition. They made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be back for next year's competition

Not so much a dislike but the bathroom could have done with a more thorough clean, thick layer of dust on the toilet roll holder and a brown stain in the bath. Booking details also stated that Robes would be provided (there was only 1 in a double room), also says chocolates in the room but there were non and the refreshments provided in the room was only enough to make 1 coffee each.

Well placed for accessing the town centre, lovely hosts who are warm and chatty, and beautiful breakfast done to individual specification which host notes down on arrival to have ready at your chosen time in the morning which was a nice touch. Room was nicely decorated and made up, comfortable bed too.

Lovely couple running the Guest House, really accommodating. A clean house with a great Breakfast (continental and full English). Nothing too much trouble; even having room to freeze my ice packs for my Cool Box. I thought the ear-plug provision was a thoughtful touch (noisy seagulls). Location was perfect. Great seaside Town, with superb beach.

breakfast was filling and plentiful. Ian makes breakfast to order. Guest house was quiet, so had a good night's rest. Room and bathrooms were spotlessly clean. Room was modern in decoration. Really warm and friendly welcome from owners. Guest house is only about 5 minutes walk from centre of Bridlington.

breakfast was excellent more than enough, as well as full English other options were available. tea & coffee available in your room ,comfortable bed clean room & clean bathroom. One thing I really did not expect to get was earplugs , probably the best "extra" ever given ..hardly any seagull noise, thanks Ian ! LOL
