We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomSpacious room with a brillant bathroom and shower tub facilities. I always enjoy staying at Happy Guests Lodge as I have one multiple occasions as I travel through the area. The staff are friendly and attentive and I look forward to our Breakfast interactions. Though on this visit I had to leave fairly early in the morning so I missed out on Breakfast. Recommend this place as a safe and reliable accommodation in the location. I will be back again!

United KingdomStaff are excellent very friendly and helpful. Communicated well with my arrival request and waited for even tho I was 2/3 later than mentioned . However, the accommodation was basic and as I entered the corridor to my room, the place smelt a bit funny . The room itself is musky smelling, but as i didnt feel too good, I stayed the 2 nights I booked! the bathroom needs a total renovation all fittings are worn out , there’s still separate hot and cold tap from the 80s and the electric shower too was from the 80s worn and torn in places plus rusty !. The most alarming sight was behind the toilet cistern itself which had dust and cobwebs from the 1930s . I had to find an object I list behind the bed and saw cobwebs and dust balls behind and underneath the bed .
