Construction next door was quite noisy during the day. Not a problem if you are out exploring. TV was really only good for casting - couldn't get TV channels.

There was a slight issue with the TV with some channels not being available possibly due to the high winds affecting the arial. In my room the kitchen was situated by the door and there could have done with being more light in this area.

It was exceptionally quiet, both the location itself and the surrounding area. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed really comfortable and the gentleman I spoke to on reception was very friendly. I was slightly concerned about having to pay a £250 damage deposit especially as I was only staying one night, but the money was credited back the following day.

Really good hotel for this price. Three minutes to a metro station, very easy to get to the centre of London. The rooms were great, we had a kitchen and a washing machine. The people working there were really friendly. Was a very luxury stay, will come again next time

Very nice flat, centrally located. Friendly staff, always approachable and helpful. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need for breakfast and dinner. Highly recommended - especially when you compare it to the usual accommodation in London.

The location is just great, amenities just at your doorstep. The apartment very airy,bright and clean. Plus for us was a bathtub. Very nice and professional person at the reception. So overall a great stay.

All was excellent

Photo 100% alike what was in real. All facilities worked properly and there was everything one could need. 2 times a week cleaning, good hygiene. Condition was working great.

I didn't like that they charged 250 pounds security deposit though I had notice of that when I booked. I asked for the person at reception the day we left to come to the apartment to check that there was no damage and process the refund immediately and that was done. A few minor glitches - some hinges on cupboards were loose. The washer drier didn't really dry but these were minor issues.

Wonderful location - a few minutes walk to Earls Court Station and other amenities. The room was a studio suite so just a partition between the bed and the rest of the apartment. Bathroom very small however when we arrived we were given a suite with a bath and we had asked for a walk in shower. We mentioned this to the reception person Amin and he changed our suite to one with a walk in shower and we were happy with that. We didn't ask for cleaning while we were there. The suite was clean on arrival

Our only complaint was the pillows are rock hard and not at all comfortable.

There were a few minor maintenance issues in our apartment which we reported to the very helpful staff. I am sure these will be resolved.

This is the second time we have stayed at Templeton Place. The apartments are well equipped with all we needed to to self-cater. The apartments are well situated, within east walking distance from Earls Court tube station. The Piccadilly line will take you from Earls Court to Heathrow with no changes. There are many restaurants, fast food outlets and convenience stores along Earls Court Road and a Tesco Superstore within easy walking distance. Well situated for visiting the museums in South Kensington.

Housekeeping staff 1 of the 3 staff we saw during our 6 days was not very friendly. The other 2 more than made up for the terse/sour expression of the 3rd. Everyone has a choice in the the tone and pitch they chose to speak/answer others in....language is not a barrier, a simple smile or nod is all it takes. I did not enjoy being made to feel a nauisance when politely asking a question - on several occassions. Having said this her colleagues stepped in to assist in replacing towels(after 4 days) and and were very very nice. My family and I did our best to avoid frosty.

Well appointed location, 24hr reception desk offered feeling of safety for late check in. Very nice reception staff.
