Room was really hot which didn’t help us sleep.. Net curtain had a big rip in it.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Beds comfortable. Good breakfast. Bathroom modern shower good. Parking was available. Good location.

Because my wife has mobility issues, the hotel was a little further from the town centre than would have been ideal. Wouldn't be a problem for fully able people. Parking was ok as long as one arrived at hotel sufficiently early!

Nice Hotel well located (walking distance from Canterbury center) with a parking. The indoor swimming pool is definitively a plus for kids. Rooms were goods as expected, and the breakfast was nice too. The staff is great and friendly.

TV in room was small with slightly dodgy ariel conection. Whilst clean bathroon needed updating.

Room was tiny and need fresh air. One chair for 2 guests ((( strange wardrobe as for me, but I'm not local and it might be good to these places.

Hotel leaves positive vibes. Staff was welcoming, let us in earlier the check-in time, breakfast was over our expectations, just excellent ! Fresh, full English breakfast, and perfect coffee as for me the best )))) Bed in a room was a bit small but comfort to sleep, absolutely tide and clean, towels were pleasantly big enough.

The bath with shower attachment was a triumph of style over substance. Awkward to use without making a watery mess. Room 14 is on second floor, up narrow staircases, so enquire if you have mobility issues.

Great to have a spacious, comfortable room, especially on a rainy night. The double glazing kept all road noise out very well. . On site parking was also much appreciated. It's a 10 minute walk into the town.

Heating was not on despite requests. Finally on as hotel had more guests. Handle missing off a unit. Some shades missing from lamps. Tv far too small and bathroom had alot of mould on ceiling and no door lock

Room was a bit hot and windows hard to open. Went for breakfast towards the end of service and options were incredibly limited and staff not overjoyed to see us.

Good location, a nice stroll in to the city centre. The pool was a lovely bonus, as was the parking.

Superb value for money. Like a TARDIS - to fit in pool as they have. Friendly, helpful staff. Good size room, clean with bath (good for hiking North Downs Way). Excellent breakfast buffet. On site car-park (it is a bit tight so care needed when parking and better to arrive early to bag a space).

There wasn't a hair dryer in the room and the window didn't have a seal so it's fairly noisy in the evening.

The hotel is situated only 15 minutes away from the main centre, easily accessible walking. Breakfast was complimentary and had a vast options to choose from. The swimming pool can be used for free and it's a nice addition.

The guy on reception lied about the breakfast times. Not just to myself but to other guests also. Resulting in many guests going hungry! Was also charged over £30 for two drinks!!! Turns out the same guy that lied about breakfast times was ripping us off!. The morning shift manager did give a refund on the drinks but unable to offer anything other than an apology on the missed breakfast! 🤐

Room was a bit dated but very comfortable and had everything you needed. Our room was by a main road and no double glazing so was a little noisy.

The shower pressure was low and the bathtub was small.

The staff were very available and friendly. The breakfast was great. There was enough parking and the hotel was a short walk into the city centre. The pool was great! Our room was spacious and comfortable. The shower pressure was weak but it was nice to also have the option of a bath.

I think the 'spa' part could be better e.g. pool was a bit chilly and there's no sauna or steam room. But that's just my preference!

Staff were super friendly and helpful! The breakfast was lovely. I had a jet wash in my bath tub which was lovely :) Room was a good size and comfortable. 10 min walk to town!

Parking was difficult and limited. Bed was a little hard. Breakfast service was limited. It felt like it was busier than they were expecting. Had to wait long periods of time for food to be available and only one coffee station for a room of about 20.

The room was clean and everything was easy to use. The simplicity of it all appealed to us. It was close enough to town to walk, but still a nice distance away you weren’t bothered by noise. Staff were also really friendly, the heated pool was a nice addition.
