Shame the restaurant was closed although they did offer a limited menu in lounge bar also no mini bar in room and it was a suite

THE BREAKFAST WAS VERY POOR. LOOKED LIKE THE CHEAPEST SAUSAGES ON THE PLANET AND NO MUSHROOMS. THERE WASNT A GREAT CHOICE OF ANYTHING, INCLUDING YOGURT. I JUST HAD THE VERY SMALL PASTRIES. THE CAR PARK IS NOT EASY TO FIND, NEEDS MORE SIGNAGE. WE ENDED UP IN THE NEARBY NCP WHICH COST US MORE.

I found the staff at reception to be rude and abrupt they certainly needed some people skill training. Having stayed at this hotel before and did not encounter this i was very disappointed this time. They certainly didn't have the right manner to be the first point of contact for customers

The bathroom is quite small. Negative was you could hear everything from the rooms around you, next door was having a phone call at 1am and couldn’t sleep. Also the double bed isn’t a double it’s two singles put together.

I liked the view from the room, the room was decent size which was great. Very good location for where I needed to be, felt safe walking around at night. Had an issue with the room when I first got there (curtains and the nets weren’t clean) and the staff changed the room for me so that was appreciated and the view was just as good. Overall would stay again as it was a great location to what I needed

Although the hotel is advertised as having a restaurant in reality it only offered pizzas and pastas. In the rooms, there was room service advertised but again these were things like pastas and curry. Not what we expected. It would have been better to state this on the hotel website so as not to raise expectations.

The room was clean although not very big. We were on the 11th floor and had what appeared to be a refurbished bathroom, with a large walk in shower where the bath would have been. All the staff were excellent especially the breakfast staff. Bar area a little soulless, but spacious . Lovely views over the city and river.

Stains all over sofa in room Curtains were moth eaten with holes in them letting all the light through in the morning No headboard on the bed to prevent pillows from falling down the back of the bed. Double bed was two singles pushed together so not very comfortable. Stains on the carpet

Thought the price for breakfast was expensive so didn’t try any of the restaurant/bar facilities. People smoking in groups in front of the hotel and throwing cigarette ends away, not sure if they were staff or visitors. I would suggest ‘no smoking’ sign

Breakfast was poor choice only scrambled egg and kept running out of items as dishes were very small so no sooner where the filled up they were empty again

Waiting a long time to check in had to go back 4 times to reception eventually getting our room at 4pm

Our room was great,big spacious very clean could do with a wider variety of beers in vu bar
