As first time visitors, the hotel could have been better sign posted as we drove past it twice; we missed the hotel the first time and the entrance the second.

A little tired and could do with a freshen up and a bit of a make over.

Staff we sure friendly and helpful. Decent breakfast too. Bed and pillows great and room a good size.

Cold pool. Average bar menu. Aged rooms No plugs by the bed

Handy just off the main roads, entrance through the garden centre drive. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was freezing and sauna out of service, but jacuzzi was lovely. We were pleased that booking.com had upgraded us, so we had lots of room. But the sofa was so old and uncomfortable, needs replacement. Clean. Breakfast ok.

Not much that the hotel could do about it but the bloke in the next room was shouting, grunting and snoring loud all night long so we didn't get a very good nights sleep.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, the young lady on reception was very friendly.

the pool/spa area is very tired. Good facilities but needs sprucing up.

Pool was great . Had Sunday roast lunch which was terrific value for money. Location suited us perfectly , althougha little tricky finding entrance.

The hotel was very tired . Needed up dating badly . our room was quite old fashioned . Even down to usb sockets by the bed . Not even some where to plug your phone in unless you had an extension lead . Breakfast .. the ladies was lovely but they didn’t check when food was running out , had to ask both days if there was any more of certain foods .

There was a big function on , which meant we had to wait nearly an hour for our meal. if we had been warned we would have booked ealier to avoid this but it was dealt with and the meal was excellent

Location is difficult to walk from due to no footpaths but that’s no fault of the hotel.

I love this hotel! It’s dated but feels homely. We stay when we visit friends in the area. Staff are always polite and helpful.

Looks very dated from the outside, could do with a makeover. The room was very dusty on the bedside tables. Room is very dated (80’s vibe)

Could not use all the facilities advertised, and which were still being advertised in online messages while we were staying. Warned about this, but had already paid the full amount. A complimentary reduction in cost could have been refunded. Staff hardworking in bar/ restaurant, but some of the ladies might have been better offered matching hotel uniforms ( blouse and trousers.) I don’t expect they’re paid much? This might help morale. Good, hot fried fish on cold plate with cool peas and chips. ( Should have said at the time, I suppose.) Isabelle suite - worn chrome sink drain. Scaldingly hot water ( reported on our departure).

Cold swimming pool...they had trouble with the heating of the pool,..the jacuzzi wasn't working

Furniture ie beds in Lauren Suite were very tired but mattress comfy. a few broken things. Lift, Jacuzzi, Coffee machine No hot water in the morning for bath as boiler broke down. My opinion none of these bothered me really but i would think it would others and some updating of the building over time would make this a fantastic place.

The Lauren Suite was very big and comfortable. The staff go out of their way, room even though big was cosy and warm. Breakfast was good evening meals were too. Swimming pool and Sauna great.

Few guests, told no food over Xmas but then a 100+ people catered for on Xmas day. Poor acoustics in room, could hear next doors tv into the early hours. Lift not working throughout our 3 night stay.

Good location. Spa although understandably not open much over Xmas period.

Found bed very high.

Convenience - stayed Xmas night as had spent day with my son and family. Can't get up their stairs so booked accessible room. Pleased with those facilities and half mile from my son. Will stay again.

The water was never hot enough... and my friend couldn't have a shower due to no hot water.

The location is ideal for a Lincoln shopping visit.
