The bathroom was lovely and spacious. Not sure of the glass bathroom door! The toilet seat needs fixing, otherwise stay was lovely and staff really friendly

Dusty in lamp’s, broken side light in one of our rooms and some lighting not working. Parking is very limited(but I do understand it is in the middle of town centre) and if you are a light sleeper vents are loud in rooms when AC is on, this could be an issue for some(not for me).

Friendly and helpful staff, very generous sized rooms and nice decor. Great value for money and good location in the heart of town centre.

Unfortunately our room overlooked a very busy and noisy nightclub which made sleep difficult. Only two pillows on the bed so could have done with more.

Lucky to get the last space in their small car park. Staff member on reception when we arrived was friendly and polite. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and staff friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

The lack of parking

Very comfortable, friendly staff, very clean, good location, unfortunately we were woken up by a couple arguing and fighting in the corridor outside our room and she kept screaming and shouting when they got into their room which disturbed us

There was no heating, they had to bring us a portable heater. Had I known this in advance I would have booked elsewhere.

I loved the lighting in the room, it was really cool! Such fabulous facilities. Huge TV, everything about it was just great.

Some aspects are a little tired but could be easily remedied. Planter flower boxes at entrance to hotel full of water. Hotel name title over entrance, one letter hanging off. Car park area is partly littered with rubbish and discarded plastic glasses. Discarded hotel pillow visible from room window on flat roof area and covered in green moss. Parking space is limited, but I experienced only one occasion when this presented a minor difficulty.

All to an acceptable standard, with pleasant and helpful staff who are readily available to assist if necessary.

The toilet kept flushing all night and the bed was not all that comfortable also parking is very hit and miss. There is about 6 parking spaces beside that hotel but there are another 6 that are on the road that are available after 6 pm
