눉I did not like anything at all.
눇Place was so so filthy, difficult to breath. Felt itchy and so uncomfortable could not say. Staff have no sense of humour. Bedroom was so dirty, unbelievable. Mattresses were covered with urine stains and they were covered with two sheets so it couldn't see under the sheets. When I found that I immediately spoken to the manager that we can't stay here, he denied clearly and couldn't make any decisions on his own. He couldn't speak either language neither English not his own mother tongue. I never seen that kind of filthy place in my entire life. I was so disappointed the money I paid. I even took the pictures of that filthy place and itinerary stains mattresses and pillows.

눉I would like to raise a complain against the Broadway Guest House in Southall United Kingdom. I am writing this letter following my short stays (couple of hours) at your guest house, last two days. This letter is in regard to the very poor level of customer service with high customer dissatisfaction. I opted for your property after checking your website which portrays a completely different picture, as compared to reality. You claim to provide a lot many facilities which is not even available on your best rooms – the deluxe ones. Right from the time of check-in on July 13 at 1.30AM, my experience had been the worst ever. I though there is a lift at the main door to carry on my luggage till the reception, unfortunately, there was a very long stairs to the reception and the room since I just recovered from a fracture on my right leg. There was even no room service, no sign for any cleaning up the room. The bathrooms and toilet were not even cleaned. You have got broken window which either wouldn’t close or there would be no maintenance at all to your lovely castle. It was an implied term of your deal that the accommodation provided would be of a standard of cleanliness and quality reasonably to be expected from this type and price of hotel. It's also an implied term that the service provided would be done so with reasonable care and skill as required by the [Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982/ Consumer Rights Act 2015.] Therefore, you are in breach of contract and deal. If I talk of your property outside, the room have not been cleaned for the last year, with full of bugs. The Carpet was very dirty and seems to be never been cleaned. I checked out after a couple of hours, and the owner refused to refund the full money. In short, you have totally shattered my leave, leaving me more tired than ever. I have written all these comments on the website. Your property and services are not even worthy to be checked-in for free.
