Lovely property and owners, there was a small issue with another guest booking but Sarah had sorted it before we got to the property and as a result we were upgraded 😀 everything was super clean and comfy, lovely surroundings, perfect for walking.

It was absolutely breathtaking, surrounded by postcard worthy views! The host Beth was so lovely and welcoming and provided a very lovely Welsh cooked breakfast in the morning. The place was exceptionally clean and homely! Will be back in the summer!

The roads can be difficult, especially in the dark and if you have a big car. But that's expected for country roads.

Excellent en suite with a lovely big bathtub. A nice view of the country and spacious shared lounge if you're coming in a bigger group. The breakfast was delightful. I had the 'full welsh' and my partner had salmon and scrambled eggs. Continental and vegetarian available too.

We were terrified of getting anything on the beautiful white carpet - Gorgeous, but not for the clumsy!

The bed was the stand-out - so so comfortable, best night's sleep in years! The views were incredible (even better than the usual incredible views for Wales), the hosts were lovely, the breakfast was great and they accomodate well for dietary requirements eg. veggies/vegans. Lastly, the area has such a nice 'remote' feel, but is only 15 mins away from Crickhowell and Abergavenny (by car) so is very connected - you go for long walks but still go out for a nice dinner etc.

There was nothing about the bed and breakfast that we didn't like!

This bed and breakfast was exceptional in every way! The host and hostess were SO friendly and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding. the rooms were very comfortable.

The only problem, which isn't something that really can be fixed is locationally its a bit tricky to get too, driving dark winter roads and single track lanes can be quite daunting for someone not well verse with country driving but shouldn't put people off from booking.

I briefly stayed at the Celyn for work before having to go to Abergavenny - The building was wonderful a real fire in the front room with a very comfortable setting. Unfortunately I had to do work whilst I was there, but having such a comfortable setting was great.

This property is exceptional, an oasis of calm and tranquility set in a beautiful location in the Brecon Beacons with incredible scenery - the views are spectacular. The hosts are so accommodating, helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I stayed in one of the executive double rooms, which was very comfortable with all the usual tea, coffee, tv facilities and the cooked breakfast was amazing, made with local produce. This is by far one of the best B+B’s I have stayed in and I would have no hesitation in booking again. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

Absolutely gorgeous location, quiet with stunning views everywhere you look. The room was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean and had everything you need within it. The hosts were both so welcoming and looked after us so well during our stay - nothing was ever too much trouble. Breakfast was outstanding each day with lots of options. We really cannot fault anything about our stay, everything was perfect.

SPECTACULAR!! The house is stunning, as are the views. When you arrive you have a super warm welcome. Can't fault the place. Breakfast is the icing on the cake. Decorated the room for my Husbands 40th. Wonderful. Was a perfect end to a tour of Wales. Thank you both. Can't wait to come back
